Dr. Ollie was incredibly honest and professional in explaining that their practice offers a different type of aligners and not the exact Invisalign treatment she previously received. He kindly recommended that we first look for a dentist who specializes in the same Invisalign treatment to continue her care and helped us find one. If that wasn’t possible, he offered to start a new treatment plan from scratch. I really appreciated the thorough explanation he provided about my wife’s situation. It was clear he had our best interests in mind. What truly stood out was that Dr. Ollie refunded us for the consultation, saying it wouldn’t be fair to charge us for a consultation that wouldn’t lead to treatment at his practice. Overall, we felt very comfortable with Dr. Ollie. His honesty, clarity, and professionalism make him one of the best, and we truly appreciate that.”

“I have been a patient at Fiveways Dental for over 5 years now and yesterday I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Damien. As always, reception staff were super friendly when I arrived and made me feel welcome. Damien and his dental team made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, and fully understood what the extraction would involve before the tooth was removed. Damien was extremely gentle and caring when removing my tooth, and he let me take it home so I could get a tenner from the tooth fairy! Damien and the team also carefully explained the aftercare process, and gave me a leaflet explaining how to manage pain relief, keeping my mouth clean etc over the next few day days. Today I also had a lovely chat with Georgie - who called to check in and see how I was feeling after getting the tooth extracted. She again made sure I understood the aftercare process and made me laugh too! I would always recommend Fiveways Dental to anyone who needs general dental treatment or a hygienist appointment. Leanne the hygienist is absolutely fab! She’s professional and lovely, and my teeth always feel amazingly clean after my appointment.”

The kind dentist quickly identified the problem, gave me a diagnosis, prescribed antibiotics, and that was it! I only paid for the emergency visit, so I’m not sure about the regular prices, but the staff were all very nice and professional. Unfortunately, I’ll have to visit my regular dentist tomorrow to say a sad goodbye to my tooth!”

“I've been going to 183 Dental for years now. I'm a really anxious patient. I fidget a lot due to neck pain and I hate needles!! Both David and Emma have been extremely calming and reassuring throughout any treatment that I've had from either of them. My most recent visit was for a check-up with Emma and she was just as amazing as always. She was very attentive, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable, especially with my neck. I've had a bad experience with being given anaesthetic in the past (not @ 183!!), but David really took the time to walk me through the procedure while numbing my mouth, making sure I felt no pain whatsoever. The atmosphere in the waiting room and the surgeries is always quiet and tranquil, which really helps ease any nerves if you're a nervous patient. The staff are friendly, which adds to the overall sense of comfort. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.”
