“I bought my first little home, a fixer upper, this year. The kitchen needed replacing and I liked the look of the antique white Allendale kitchen so called Howdens (Brunswick). They were incredible from start to finish - responsive, helpful, and the installation was a dream - absolutely seamless, not a thing went wrong or was missing. Amy, whom I dealt with, was absolutely wonderful - possibly the warmest person I've ever met. She immediately put me at ease. There was so much I hadn't thought of, but she talked me through all the options and was endlessly patient with my dithering. It took me a long time to find contractors who could do all the work I needed, and Howdens were flexible with delivery. The contractor I hired first suggested it was a shame I hadn't waited as he can get a great price from a different Howdens branch - but when he saw my invoice he said that they'd actually given me a fair deal. I certainly thought so. After the oven was installed I wasn't sure the lining was right, and sent a pic to Amy just to check. She immediately arranged for the appliance warranty people to visit, just to make that everything was as it should be (it was). I really couldn't be happier with the service I received.”

“I took a pair of adidas tracksuit bottoms in to be altered & taken in. It was, id of thought, quite an awkward job as the trousers obviously had three stripes down the outside and they had to start and finish in the exact same place. After a few days the lady text me to say they were done. I picked them up and could not be more happy with the excellant job she had done. You would never know they had been altered they were done that good. The lady was kind, polite and a pleasure to do business with. With the cost being so good i will definately be giving her more of my business when i need it. Thankyou for a job very very well done. L Jackson.”

“The Groom Room are located inside pets at home and provide great service. I took my dog there and he had the best cut he has ever had. The staff where friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions on the procedure. The cost was £45 which was quite high but if you register a card at the main tills you receive your 5th cut free so the cost balances out eventually. Overall I had one happy pooch and will definitely book again. Due to the current pandemic appointment dates are approx 3 weeks wait so book early.”
