They have all the knowledge and experience to happily handle any kind of issue. Such a breath of fresh air compared to the Liverpool VW dealership having an appointment wait time measured in months… or phoning around other mechanics who can’t solve the problem. One call to Riverside and it just gets sorted. Well worth every penny.”

I therefore went to the aisle where the oil is and a lovely guy who I don’t know approached me and told me to come to General Traffic as it would be way better oil and way better prices… HE WAS NOT WRONG! The staff were so helpful too in telling me which oil to get and price was nearly half the price for a better oil too! Would definitely return for stuff for the car”

“Went to this garage for a tyre fitting, after the guys checked the vehicle they told me I didn’t need new tyres as the ones I had on were in good condition with plenty of miles left in them, I even went back after another garage told me they had run flat damage to the side wall, once again without any problems they checked them and told me it was just were the tyres had rub against the kerb and once again assured me all was well, and all this was done with a smile. There’s nothing better than a garage helping you save £1000 whilst giving out free advice, they could of easily just changed the tyres that asked them too. All in all fantastic service and I will be going back. 10/10”

Therefore started using ProTyre for services etc and have had an even better experience. This garage is extremely busy due to the popularity and that's because they clearly have a passion for what they do along with strong knowledge of their field. I dropped by on Friday to show an issue my car tyre had picked up, spoke with Neil who straight away dropped everything to come have a look. He booked me in for the next day. On the Saturday I arrived and was offered drinks while I waited, more people came in with punctures etc and they were open to helping everyone. The issue itself was extremely hard to spot but Neil took the time exhausting every avenue until he had the solution. A great service all round and I fully recommend.”
