“Went to bed last night no supper debated on Indian (Tandoori Night) chose to wait till morning Anyhow I’ve been to Sizzles many times in the past Today I decided on a Sunday breakfast delivered Sausages are proppa butcher’s sausage nice n tasty Bacon was amazing it’s thick cut not like other cafes Eggs were nice but next time I’ll ask for runny Black pudding cooked to perfection crispy both sides Those Triangle yokes lol hash brown thingies I don’t normally eat but these were nice crispy coating and fluffy inside Toast in a foil bag different but good Beans and tomatoes in separate containers keeps everything clean Mushrooms tasted like home cooked not out of a tin I’m gonna say they were home cooked and they were excellent Sauces in separate containers I’m a greedy man and couldn’t finish it so egg, hash, n a few beans for tea All in a brilliant breakfast thank you ever sooo much”

“This is a hidden gem in Runcorn, it's surprising how many people aren't aware of this place. It's great for photography, Pokemon GO (If you're into that!), dog walking, cycling, running.. the views are great especially in the summer months. Definitely my favourite place in the town.”

“Boss pub, barmaid had the biggest melons ive seen and kept me smiling, best part was paying 60p for 2 pints! Absolutely awesome pub! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“A beautiful area. Luckily there are people in our community who care to litter pick as this is sometimes an issue. A small park which could do with a little update, but has swings for older and younger children, a slide, train, roundabout and small rocking vehicles. Ski slopes establishment near to park which has a toilet and vending machines. Lots of areas ideal for a picnic. Football areas on a field with goal posts. Rock climbing boulders on site too.”

“Good park for families. A good fishing lake. Often cycle around the park and reservoir. It's a nice part of Runcorn. There's nice nature, and you can access the canal from the park. I'm a bit old for the skate park and climbing frames, but they seem popular. I don't fish, but I often see people I know there. The cafe at the park doesn't seem to he open anymore, which is a shame.”

“Visited The castle while our friends dog was being groomed had lovely drinks and different meals for lunch all very nice home cooked food and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely call again 5☆.Also it's a dog friendly pub and our friends dog was given treats from the landlady.”

“First time here today. What a beautiful pub, so spacious and comfortable. Food was absolutely fresh and well prepared. The massive cakes are moist and scrumptious. Loved it!”

“This was the first time I ordered from the Gyros Fish & Chips Takeaway and it was delicious, I had the mixed Gyros and a portion of chips, it arrived hot and was above expectations, the Gyros was as authentic as I have tasted in the UK. I will definitely be ordering again.”

The guy behind the counter helped me package up my order into an old box they had to save me buying parcel bags, then helped me print the label and send it off. Really pleased with the service received and will be using Ascot Stores in the future.”
