Water park in Runcorn

“A beautiful area. Luckily there are people in our community who care to litter pick as this is sometimes an issue. A small park which could do with a little update, but has swings for older and younger children, a slide, train, roundabout and small rocking vehicles. Ski slopes establishment near to park which has a toilet and vending machines. Lots of areas ideal for a picnic. Football areas on a field with goal posts. Rock climbing boulders on site too.”

“Good park for families. A good fishing lake. Often cycle around the park and reservoir. It's a nice part of Runcorn. There's nice nature, and you can access the canal from the park. I'm a bit old for the skate park and climbing frames, but they seem popular. I don't fish, but I often see people I know there. The cafe at the park doesn't seem to he open anymore, which is a shame.”

“The kids love going here to feed the variety of birds. Free parking as well. Take plenty of bird seed, they are so friendly that they will eat out of your hand.”

“We have been attending since February . We absolutely adore water babies and tutors are great. My daughter is 6 months and she is learning essential safety water skills along with fun lessons. There have been a few time changes but I am not going quibble about that as this has not been an issue. We have done a catch up lesson and there was no issue when I spoke to Sami to do this.”

“Excellent place for the kids and train lovers. The guys running the trains are also great and friendly. I can’t believe is run only on tips. A must place to bring the kids. 5*”

“This is a hidden gem in Runcorn, it's surprising how many people aren't aware of this place. It's great for photography, Pokemon GO (If you're into that!), dog walking, cycling, running.. the views are great especially in the summer months. Definitely my favourite place in the town.”

“Walking towards this subway draws us in every time by smell and even more by the friendly staff, Michelle! Seeing this hard working sandwich queen is a god send in the butty world.”

“Great staff, great fish and chips, However I was not a fan of the oiner kebab, but that's personal taste, just not for me. Recommended though.”
