She put me at ease, explained what she was doing every step of the way and was really clear when talking me through the results. She recommended some products and treatments that would help with my problem areas but I didn't feel pressured into purchasing or booking anything on the spot like I have in some places in the past. From the first consultation and every interaction after the team were understanding and courteous. I opted for a partial denture, which has been great! The follow up appointments to get the correct fit were no problem for Dr N Velan. With the other work completed and a few visits to the hygenist I can now smile with confidence again!
