“I have only visited this clinic twice to see a physiotherapist, and on two separate occasions for different reasons. I was extremely impressed on both occasions. On my first visit I was experiencing severe pains down my right leg and wondered what could be done. The physio massaged my lower spine for about 2 minutes, and amazingly, the pain went away and has not rerurned. My second visit, 12 months later, was to ask for advice about going to the gym. I was worried that if I resumed my twice-weekly trips to the gym, my leg pains would return after being pain-free for a year. This time aI saw a different physio who showed me some very helpful exercises. On both occasions the male physiotherapists were very extremely personable and clearly knew their stuff. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.”

I had my conch and septum done with Salwa today - I asked for a suggestion on what ear piercing to get and she was super helpful and made the perfect choice. Despite getting two painful piercings her technique was probably the best I’ve had - I felt the conch pain for about a second and the septum pain for a split second. Aftercare instructions were clear as always. A super easy, quick, and efficient process overall!”

“Very friendly,local restaurant the atmosphere is very hospitable, they make you feel welcome like you are a guest in their house, tantuni (£4.50) is very nice if don't know what it is it's basically a Turkish street food wrap where traditionally it's made from lamb minced and spices cooked in a oversized circular pan, they also do chicken, it is on the small side so you may have to order more than one. I also ordered homemade Ayran, which was very nice lightly salted (£3.50) and also ordered a kunafa (£8) which was very nice lots of cheese pull something to keep in mind it is a bit on the small side what is enough for two. Great activity for small children and adults spending time together. You can also combine the visit to the rescue with a hike in Trent Park. The entrance fee goes to the rescue charity.”
