My instructor, Bill, was absolutely brilliant. His experience really shone through, especially with the practical training manoeuvres. He made everything incredibly clear and easy to understand giving you confidence to handle the boat at high and low speeds. Beyond the hands-on training, Bill's theoretical explanations of boat mechanics, safety protocols, and navigation were clear and comprehensive. He managed to make what could be dry subjects genuinely engaging and easy to grasp. On top of all that, he made the whole experience a lot of fun!
