“The best sushi I’ve had. So much variety of ingredients and flavours, the rice is cooked perfectly and the fish is very fresh. The portion sizes are large and the chef is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are great. This was our second time coming and we will definitely be coming many more times. Highly highly recommend!!”

“Had such an amazing time. We've been here a number of times and it's always consistently delicious. Service is great and always happy. Would recommend to all group types. A stand out dish would have to be the arancini starter. We get it every time and have loved it on every occasion. It can get busy so always recommend a booking but they've always been accommodating. Will be returning soon!”

“Our first visit with grandsons this evening and we wasn’t disappointed. Amazing freshly cooked food. Between us we had Risotto, Cannelonni, Pizzas, fries and a side of salad that was so big it was easily enough for 4 people. Everything we had was exceptional, staff lovely and the owner/chef came out and spoke to us making sure we were happy with our meal. They also make a great Espresso Martini, best I’ve had. The garlic and chilli sauce with salad together with the meal it was really wonderful taste and mouth watering when I open the box. Thank you Shen that’s a lovely food. I recommend every vegetarian who struggling to find a find can get an excellent varieties of vegetarian here with Shen in Essex Kebab.”

They can be a little spicy depending on the dish you choose, so it would be good to give spice intensity options, like mild, medium and hot but otherwise the food is always piping hot and tasty! Full of flavour, CLEAN and great service!”
