“I checked in on Thursday 2nd November 2017, the check in was very quick and the male receptionist was very pleasant and most helpful, I found the same when checking out on Thursday 9th November 2017. The double room was very clean indeed ( decoration, carpets and most importantly the bed sheets, the bed was very comfortable too ). The bathroom was sparkling and housekeeping staff were very helpful from day one. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent as was the service, the staff were a credit to Arran Guest House. The Guest House was very convenient to all public transport ( Mainline station and several bus routes ). I enjoyed my stay and could find no faults with the service of the excellent staff, so much so, I intend to return early in the new year. ( It is my pleasure to award Arran Guest House 10 out of 10 for the excellent service from all the staff including how they maintained the internal and external of this lovely property )”

My second time dealing with Brother Nizamuddin all i can say he is truly a gem , he had processed my husbands visa very promptly took payment after it was done! Very straightforward and genuine service which is very rare to find at this day and age..where agents are money driven this brother is focusing on your umrah without taking a pence until job is done! I highly recommended this brother for any future umrah trips/service. May Allah give him more barakah and reward him for his efforts.”

Is such a lovely guy really help full and we always have a chat . I recomend this hotel close to station short commute to Stratford. Good price for what u get really reasonable. “Excellent place to stay. I went to London for meetings and work and I really liked this place. Very comfortable place, room and bed, and reasonable prices which is much appreciated. There is a fridge available in each room and it was really quiet, I slept really well. There are 3 Wi-Fi connections, it was great to work remotely. Additionally the location is well connected with the Metro line, I will definitely come back again. Congratulations!”

“We reserved 2 rooms and spent 2 nights over the weekend. The cost was fair, and the staff were very accommodating. They took care of the parking situation in the middle of the night. The 2 rooms were situated close together as we had requested during the booking. Additionally, the hotel's location provides easy access to the train station for commuting to London, which is great. I would definitely recommend it.”

“First of all I did read of the reviews, but when we actually went there it was quite well maintained and run effectively. The rooms were is good condition and kept clean, and they provided a breakfast service which served freshly cooked hot means. I was initially concerned, since reading negative reviews. Needless to say I think they have reevaluated their selves and made improvements, therefore in the whole it's rather decent for a 2-star hotel.”

“Not your average Ibis hotel - this hotel has been meticulously thought out and the high tech systems worked seamlessly at check in.
