“Living in Notting Hill, you’re spoiled for choice of nurseries. I toured every one and my decision was easy. Being in Ladbroke Square Montessori feels like a warm hug. You can literally feel the joy exuding from the place. The children are engaged and thoughtful and most importantly thrilled to be there. The school truly puts children first. Offering every child a morning spot is a perfect example of this since most children are still napping when they start nursery. The lovely garden in the back and weekly visits to the gorgeous Ladbroke Square are two amazing perks. My daughter is actually disappointed on weekends because she is not going to nursery. She’s learned key skills and is set up for success to have a smooth transition to reception. I have made lifelong friends there as well as my children. I have now sent 2 children to nursery at Ladbroke Square. Best decision I ever made. It’s such a special place.”

“Les Chatons is simply a wonderful nursery -- we couldn't ask for a better place to send our 3 year old. She has been attending Les Chatons for over a year and in that time has developed in so many aspects, not least in her grasp of French and Spanish. Our daughter absolutely loves the wonderful teachers and her time there, so much so that she has asked me to increase the number of days that she attends. Marie-Laurence impressed us from our first meeting with her when we were looking at different nurseries. She clearly has a deep knowledge of early education and has done an amazing job at combining skills development with a warm, caring and fun environment that allows plenty of space for kids to be kids. Les Chatons also stands apart in how flexible they are in accommodating different schedules and how well they communicate with us as parents, both on a daily basis and with termly progress reports and meetings. I cannot say enough good things about Les Chatons -- we, and importantly, our daughter, absolutely love the nursery and staff and will be very sad to move on! “I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to Little Angels and the staff of the baby room. It was the best choice we could have for our little one to start nursery. Cindy, Bharti, Rebekka, Christina and Makia, were all a delight to have as our baby’s caregivers/teachers. They were caring and loving and made our baby love going to nursery. Besides the amazing stuff, the learning & development plan was very well prepared. We could see all the development our baby made thanks to these people and their patience and hard work. “As a mother, I can wholeheartedly say that KidsLab is the best nursery in Canary Wharf — if not all of London. My son joined them just before his first birthday and settled in within a week without much hassle. Since I was a working mom, I always felt I might miss out on important milestones, but the staff at KidsLab never made me feel that way. I received pictures and videos of all the special moments, and that made such a difference. What really sets them apart is how they include parents in the journey. The staff genuinely take the time to get to know the child through conversations with parents, so they can support each child better. I have had so many warm, thoughtful chats with the team, they are not transactional at all, and always make you feel like part of a family. The staff truly care, and they ensure that the children are constantly learning through activities, rhymes, garden playtime, drama, and dance classes — making sure there is holistic development and lots of joy in the process. My son is a curious, active child, and I have seen incredible growth, not just intellectually but also emotionally and socially. He has learnt empathy, discipline, and how to thrive in a social setup. I often get compliments about how intelligent he is, and a lot of that credit goes to the amazing team at KidsLab. Huge, huge kudos to Juliana, Runi, Danielle, Vanessza, Radhika, and every single member of the team. As a mother, I can proudly say KidsLab is a wonderful place, and I couldn’t recommend it more if you are looking for a nurturing, engaging nursery for your little one.”

It is a very kind, caring and organised place - communication is excellent and we receive detailed reports on how our children are doing plus pictures and parents meeting. “Sad that my little one is leaving to go to big school, my daughter loved coming here, they taught her so much and is definitely ready for school and have done so well getting her ready for school. Some of the things my daughter has learnt is amazing! The staff work hard, all the staff are so lovely and the manager is so passionate about every child being her little treasure. The difference between other nurseries and this nursery is that Michelle (manager) does not see the nursery as a ‘business’ but a home where she treats all the families and children like her own and is very supportive. “Wonderful nursery and amazing team here that has been looking after my child incredibly well for the last two years. They have been all very knowledgeable, caring and very supportive during every stages of my child's development. They plan lots of activities with and for children, encouraging participation from parents as well. Very quickly, the staff built the trust that I was very confident that kids grow and develop in a safe and comfortable environment in this nursery. The surroundings are beautiful as well. In addition to well-designed outdoor play area, the Chorleywood Estate gives unbelievable access to different animals, long walks, free play area in the nature. Lots of places to park your car too, which sometimes becomes an important thing to consider during busy drop off and pick up times. Overall, lovely community feel - highly recommend!”

“Five stars with bells on! Our two children adore Vicarage Christ Church nursery. Our eldest still talks about being there with huge affection and remembers so many of the incredible activities they did. These ranged from free play to playing with foam to cooking to topic-based craft activities. The children play outside on tricycles, slides, obstacle courses and have story time under the trees. The dedicated and fun staff take the on regular walks onto Sheen Common and sometimes on Nursery excursions to see the trains or into Richmond Park. Meanwhile, embedded within all their learning is an understanding of letters, sounds, numbers and developing social skills. Our youngest is still at the nursery and runs to see his teachers with excitement every morning. The children all look adorable in their red and white smocks and we regularly see photographs and are provided with updates of their activities and on their progress. Both our children grew in confidence in the teachers (who have been their for ages) care, and I couldn’t think of a better nursery and start to their schooling than Vicarage Christ Church Nursery.”

The set and scenery was incredible - lots of attention to detail! Booking was made easy by the lovely staff. Overall, it was a memorable day out and special treat at Christmas time.”

The owners/directors Caterina and Judit are a strong and reliable team who have the children's interests truly at heart and a very respectful way of working with them. All three of my children will have been under the care of C&J and their team and I couldn't be happier. The nursery building itself is a great space with many different areas including the art room, quiet room for stories, the stage, the garden, baby room, food and kitchen area and of course the main hall with all the Montessori resources. You can actually go inside for pick up and drop off which makes a difference when it's raining :) There is also spanish and drama sessions by external providers who do a brilliant job.”

“We had visited quite a few nurseries for my 18-month old and and were thrilled to find Crafty Wizards preschool which unusually for a preschool takes from 18-months. We love the format that all ages are mixed together promoting peer learning and the setting is intimate and personal. The staff are wonderful and really care about the kids. There are two gardens, one of which is a bit like a small forest school with a mud kitchen, which our little one loves. Since day 1 he’s been so happy to be there with zero separation anxiety. Highly recommend to other parents who want something different to the usual nursery format.”

“Blossoms Years is a very special place we are lucky to be part of. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and approachable and partner so well with the parents. The forest school facilities at Blossoms are outstanding and most importantly are used for a large part of the day whatever the weather. They also provide many other extracurricular activities including music and PE lessons which varies the children’s exposure and learning. I can not thank the staff enough for all that they do for the children. They go above and beyond in so many ways and you can tell they love their job and the children and only ever want the best. I can’t thank Blossoms enough for installing a sense of fun, learning and starting my two children’s education in such a positive way. Instilling these foundations is a credit to the staff and one I am truly thankful for.”
