βI had my very first hyperbaric oxygen treatment at the Hale Clinic. I was a bit anxious as iβm not very good with small space. But Helen was so kind and patient with me. She took her time to explain and have stayed in the room with me the whole time. This made me feel comfortable and enjoyed my 1 hour treatment. I slept like a baby that night and have so much energy the following day. Highly recommended I will definitely have this treatment regularly!β

βAmazing small business that I have been going too for eyebrow threading for over 5 years. The staff there really look after you they listen to your request with care and my brows always look amazing and their prices are very good. I also got a wax there for the first time in my life I was very nervous since I have sensitive skin and have been shaving for a very long time and get a lot of razor bumps. I went on my holiday embracing my bikini area, it never looked better! Pritta ( if thatβs how you spell her name) looked after me. She was so patient with me as I was in pain due to the fact that it was my first time but honestly she made it as pain free as possible I couldnβt thank her enough for the treatment and we also had a laugh. βOur son started swimming lessons at Poolside Manor just over a year ago. He was 3 and a half and had only been in a swimming pool on holiday, splashing around the baby pool or holding us tight in the big pool. When he started I wasnβt sure he would get in to the swimming pool without a parent with him, but the staff were so lovely to him, giving him the confidence to just walk off and he went straight into the pool without us, while we watched from the parents area. His swimming teacher is Francesca and she is absolutely amazing, we canβt thank her enough. She has pushed him (within his ability) and he can actually swim and is doing far better than I ever imagined one year on. Francesca is encouraging and patient and explains everything to the children in a way that makes his lesson engaging and fun. At the end of each term they have a fun swim session with pool toys and floats which he absolutely loves. The whole team, especially Vicky are wonderful and so lovely to the children. We couldnβt be happier with our sonβs progress and thatβs mainly down to Francesca. Even the reception team are great, Sharon is wonderful and so accommodating when we had to change swim days. They are all so helpful and the clean changing rooms and spacious car park also help to make for a lovely swim session experience. Thank you Poolside Manor, itβs an amazing swim school and has enabled our son to accomplish an excellent life skill.β

βPromis have helped me transform my life, having been in a very low place for a long time. From the moment I spoke to the admissions team, i knew i was in good hands, and felt reassured this was a good decision. I initially went to Hay Farm, which was a great setting amongst nature to reset and really focus on myself with the help of the therapists, who were all incredibly supportive of my recovery. I was really concerned about how I would cope when i left, as it seemed so far from real life, but the way they prepare you is really excellent. Iβve also been back for Day Care after doing a residential stint which has been super helpful as a way of gradually easing back into life, whilst keeping my recovery front and centre. The different options they have on offer are really good as it sets you up for success. Would highly recommend if you or someone you know are really in need of more focussed help and support.β
