Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of them, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude and a very pleasant atmosphere. Prior to my appointment the receptionist called to let me know that there is road works nearby and informed me of the alternative route to take, which I found helpful. “When I called Sarah for help with our daughters lice, it was pretty much our final roll of the dice before shaving the lot off. We'd tried multiple shampoos, mousses, sprays, combs, coconut oil, tea tree, silent prayer, witchcraft... all to no avail. From the get-go, Sarah made my 3yo feel extremely relaxed – with a bit of help from Elsa and Anna – and went about destroying the lice we'd struggled with for a year. Sarah is not only an expert, she knows how to handle unruly kids (and frustrated adults), and she has a few good stories to tell too. We had to go back a couple of times to get the last few out, but it was actually a real pleasure to be at Sarah's place, and nothing like the hellish experience I'd imagined it to be. I had my third session of laser hair removal with Jayda who was excellent. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It didn’t hurt but she made sure to check and that I was comfortable at all points. Highly recommend and would definitely book with her again!”

“I've used this branch for ten years or more without issues until recently. After a service, My Mercedes App and the vehicle still showed that service was due. On pickup, the Staff said it would update in 24-48 hours, but it didn't. The Mercedes Me app team told me to return to the dealership for a reset. When I called, I was told I needed to book the car in for the day, which wasn't convenient, as I knew it was only a minor job -and also an error caused by the workshop team. Despite promises to follow up with a call, I never received a response. Eventually, I spoke with Keith, who quickly coordinated the update while I was on the phone—I brought in the car, and he resolved the issue within 10 minutes on the same day. I would like to say that Keith successfully transformed a frustrating experience into an efficient solution-”
