“I do the clinical pilates class for recovery from back surgery and its the thing that has helped me more than anything. The staff are extremely well qualified and tailor the exercises to what you need and push you to the right degree. Catherine takes my usual class and is outstanding and understands my needs implicitly. There is a new instructor, Sophie, who is also excellent and added some great new exercises to my routine. Everyone at the clinic is really helpful and welcoming. Its been a while since I needed a full physio appointment but I saw Jacqui regularly in the past and she really helped to give me a pathway out of daily pain to functional exercise.”

What a wonderful experience, highly recommend Candice, her expertise and knowledge of body problems that she found during the session was overwhelming. Every knot removed from the base of my feet, this will be my regular go to, a lovely set up within the back route of greensted road, Ongar. The rooms are set up to make you so at home, with mellow lighting and tranquil music making you so relaxed. You arrive as a customer and leave as a friend, the Staff are amazing. “Booked a groupon initially for a facial and was recommended lasergenesis for my skin in addition to the cleansing facial I had booked. I went ahead and have since booked a package deal. All I can say is that the team is wonderful, and the treatment and now the several Lasergenesis treatments have worked wonders for my complexion. It's radiant. “We loved staying at Bay Tree House. Our host was great. The breakfasts were wonderful and carried us through our busy day until dinner (tea). We had a comfortable bed and room with ensuite, close to underground Piccadilly line, bus stops, shops, laundromat and a neighbourhood pub. Our host was helpful, kind, supportive, and available. We would definitely stay again.”

“I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”
