“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

“I’ve brought my house bunnies - sadly only one now - to Karen for holidays since we first got them in 2018. She takes brilliant care of them, making sure she understands their (sometimes very picky) preferences and giving them space to run around every day. She’s a real bunny expert and has always offered tips, advice and reassurance if we’ve ever had any questions and if she’s ever had a concern she’s been in touch before getting them to the vet. If you have rabbits, or other small pets, I’d highly recommend Karen to take care of them whenever you’re away.”

“Jeanette has looked after our 2 guinea pigs twice already this year and we cannot recommend the Ranch highly enough. Guinea pigs were well-looked after, nails trimmed and even video links of them playing (which the kids enjoyed watching when we said the guinea pigs were staying in their hotel too). “I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Theresa and Simon are passionate about the care they provide. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable during his stay. The environment is exceptionally clean, and the pens are spacious, giving the cats plenty of room to relax. My cat had a lovely time exploring and resting in his cosy pen. I especially appreciated the large garden area with a beautiful view—what a peaceful setting for the cats to enjoy! Located in a quiet spot, the cattery offers a serene and calm atmosphere, which is perfect for pets who need some downtime. Theresa and Simon even provided me with updates through videos, so I could see how my cat was settling in. It was so reassuring to know he was being well looked after. “Excellent trainer!!! After taking my puppy to several classes for training, I realised that it was not working and this is when I found Cherished Pets of Brentwood. Sherry is an excellent 1 on 1 trainer, within minutes of being around my 10 month old puppy, she knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Sherry has astonishing in depth knowledge on dogs which I have learned so much from. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and Sherry had the patience’s for her and happily took me and the puppy through each step on what needed to be done. Mags even went to her day care and will be going back shortly for further session to socialise with other dogs. Throughout her day care session Sherry sent me updates on how she was getting on and looked after her as if she was one of her own. Thank you for all the help you have given me with the training.”

Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. “Review for Crayside Cattery We recently boarded our two cats, Teddy and Stanley, at Crayside Cattery, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that everyone truly cares about the animals. They are all so friendly, professional, and eager to make sure Teddy and Stanley were comfortable and well taken care of. The cattery itself is great. The pens were secure and spacious, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. Each pen had a heating lamp to keep the cats warm, which is especially comforting during colder months. It was clear that the environment is well-maintained and designed with the pets’ comfort in mind. All in all, we highly recommend Crayside Cattery for anyone looking for a reliable and caring place to leave their pets. The staff’s warmth and the secure, cozy facilities made all the difference for us. We’ll definitely be bringing Teddy and Stanley back next time!”

“Natalia looked after our guinea pigs a couple of times whilst we were away and she did an absolutely fantastic job! She kept them company, provided a stimulating environment and updated us regularly with pictures. On one occasion, I contacted Natalia the night before we went away as we booked a last minute break and she was really flexible and super helpful! I feel extremely comfortable with Archie going for walks and trust the team fully. They are very flexible and support my busy and changing schedule Ricardo, Silvana and team helped me to train Archie from when he was a puppy and continually provide me with help and tips to top up his training or manage specific issues. They are incredibly knowledgable in training both dogs and owners - I cannot thank them enough. If i could provide more than 5 stars I would!”

“Nicky and the team are incredible with our dog - so reliable and most importantly they just love dogs! Communication and admin are smooth and easy, and our dog gets so excited when Nicky, Nigel or Nicky's mum pulls up ready for the walk. Love getting photos and stories of all of their adventures. Nicky and the team are such a big part of our weekly routine - not sure what we would do without them! Highly recommend for anyone that wants their dog to have some great company for walks.”
