“It’s not my first time eating there and I can admit that the service wasn’t great previously.. however, my last 2 visits were absolutely different, I even spoke with the manager who served me and they definitely improved it. “We held my grandad’s wake at The Nag’s Head last week and I honestly couldn’t fault them. Artur, the general manager, was incredibly helpful throughout and made the whole process so easy for us. The staff were kind, attentive and respectful, which meant a lot to our family on such a difficult day. They put on a really lovely buffet that was well presented and enjoyed by everyone, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Thank you to Artur and his team!”
