“The Best Osteopath in London! I have been coming to Dr Christoph for 2 years now and I feel like a new person each time I leave his clinic. As an endurance athlete I often suffer from injuries in various places, including dislocated SI joint, hip problems and a dislocated ribs in a thoracic spine... Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of them, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude and a very pleasant atmosphere. “If you are looking for a good dentist, look now further, Mrs Khan of “Smile Montrose Studio” whom came highly recommend to me. I needed bonded restoration to the upper and lower front chipped teeth. They happened to be slightly different colours. Mrs Khan got the shades spot on as well as sorting out the slant and shape of these 2 teeth. I was most impressed with Mrs Khan attention to her professional work ethic. I can now smile knowing there are no longer any chipped teeth showing. She and her husband run a wonderful dentistry. “I have wanted to do dance classes for all of my adult life and always chickened out due to stage fright/anxiety, fear of being judged and under qualified at even “casual” classes. At the start of this year I pulled the trigger and did some taster sessions at Studio K and never looked back. All the instructors and members are so welcoming and friendly. A variety of levels of fitness and body types (which is refreshing, especially in ballet!) and everyone from people who have never danced to seasoned dancers. It has been a wonderful social experience and chance to be able to indulge in a range of dance styles I never thought I’d be able to do in the same place plus a discovery of others (Waacking is life changing). I only wish I had time to go more often! Thank you Studio K - especially Ginger and Sarah who I normally do classes with. Try out the taster sessions - you won’t regret it!”
