I always recommend them to others because you’re made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and everyone has a smile on their face. You’re truly in the best hands. I’ve never had a bad experience, and they always check in throughout every procedure to make sure you’re comfortable and everything is okay. Even though I now live about an hour away, I still choose to come here—because I honestly couldn’t ask for a better practice. “Took my 911 to Onyx to have the springs changed for a set of 20mm lowered Eibachs. Really friendly service, a nice clean unit and Ben kept me fully up to date on everything going on. Received the car back and although the job took a lot longer than they thought, they only charged me a bit more. Still a very good price compared to what independent Porsche garages wanted, and the Onyx facility looked a lot better than most of those too. Really pleased with how the car looks now, and the handing/ride hasn't been adversely affected - it really feels planted to the road now. While I was there I couldn't resist a run on the dyno, something I've not done for many years! Definitely a lot of fun, and nice to get a graph to put with the folder of my car, along with the videos of it on the rollers. If you have a performance car definitely do this if you are local. All in all, a great bunch of lads with a nice business/facility going, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Thanks!”

“I had to engage Meridian urgently to clear stuff that I'd brought back with me in my suitcase, late on Friday. Their staffmember Tanya was very helpful and patient with me in going through a lengthy process with Customs and she worked well beyond closing time to complete all the necessary steps. Given what they had to do I thought their clearance fee was reasonable, even modest. I would certainly recommend them to everyone”
