“Yummy! Good vegan breakfast available, and dairy alternatives for coffee. Only issue is that it is quite cold inside the cafe as it feels like there is a door open at the back so quite draughty, food is great though!”

“Visited Giggling Squid - Chistlehurst for the first time today. This restaurant is beautiful and the decor is light and fresh. The food was very nice. We ordered starters of the crispy squid bits, north eastern papaya salad and money bag dumplings which were all very tasty. For mains, we ordered beef massaging curry with coconut rice and prawn pad thai all very delicious. The only criticism is the Thai Ice tea was on the smaller side and ok for taste. The service was nice and friendly. Also, slightly overpriced but food was very good. There is parking in bays right outside but it is charged within certain hours Monday to Saturday. Overall, I would definitely recommend and will be returning.”

“Angelika is an excellent waitress, she’s super friendly, attentive, patient, speedy and really helpful. Food is full of flavour and perfectly cooked. It’s also very good value for money, especially when you use the Zizzi loyalty points. Will definitely be back again!”

“Today I had 4 tattoos done by the brilliant Mac. One included a cover up, after my initial consultation with Mac he advised me to go for something other than my original idea; very over the moon I did!! He is very professional, friendly and definitely knows his stuff. I am very very pleased with what I’ve had done today and I plan to have more work done by him in the future. Highly recommend !! Shout out to the lovely Gemma also who was working with him today.”

“Took my daughter here after she had a terrible experience at another salon and we couldn’t be happier. Her hair is the best I have ever seen it, she has been so happy the whole way home and has taken photos to send to all her friends. She also remarked how comfortable she was for the entire appointment and how there wasn’t any of that horrible atmosphere you can get elsewhere. We won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you so much”

“An excellent haircut and a lovely relaxing experience! Max listen to me about my hair concerns, he gave great explanations, in fact , I was told for the first time what hair type I have ! The colour and cut i can't fault even though it'll take about 6 months to get the style right while waiting for hair to grow, I love it! All the staff are friendly, best of all it's a relaxing atmosphere.”

“Highly unusual pub giving the appearance of a flower shop when you enter but hiding a small bar with extensive selection of very fine craft beers and ciders at the back. Lovely quiet atmosphere for drinking and chatting with great staff. An absolute must stopover for anybody passing through the Chislehurst, Bromley, Sidcup area.”

So helpful , polite and just lovely The dentist made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me in detail , very professional too ! Using all the latest tech to find the route of my toothache, never thought I would say I enjoyed going to the dentist ! “Last week the talented and lovely Talulah done a elegant, beautiful and unique tatto for me which had alot of thought and meaning into it. From our consultation to the actual day , she was so attentive and caring and making sure it was everything I wanted and more. Also I almost forgot I was having a tattoo as she made the experience so relaxed and comfortable. I love it , thank you so so much I love the dot work, mandala and detail.”

“This is a family owned Italian restaurant owned by an Italian person, with a great ambience.. The food is amazing, always fresh and cooked well. The service is second to none. They always make you feel special and can't do enough for you. Great selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as fish and meat options. “As a now regular to this restaurant, i would defoliate consider this the best Indian food in chislehurst. The papadams are delicate and crispy; served with a sweet yoghurt mint sauce, a jammy mango chutney and a small diced salad. The samosas are always steaming hot and have a thick layer of crisp pasty met with a explosion of spices and fluffy vegetables. They are always served with a pomegranate reduction sauce.The mixed grill is one is sensational. Perfectly cooked tandoori meats all enveloped with deep marinade and so tender. The soft shell crab was crispy, flavourful and buttery. It’s only downside was it tasted a tiny bit fishy. The lamb jalfrezi is large chunks of juicy lamb with a curry sauce that has immaculate flavour. Garlic chilli prawns are a staple at ginger and spices and in my opinion the beat item on the menu and the best prawns i have ever had. But be were; the are not mild”

“I celebrated my birthday here and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The food was super delicious, and there’s so much to choose from on the menu. My friends and I all ordered different dishes, and everyone loved what they got. The best part? They surprised me with a slice of cake and a candle—such a sweet and unexpected touch! The service was great too, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Can’t wait for the next visit!”

“This place is the Best place in and around Chislehurst, Trust Me! 100% The Breakfasts are absolutely spot on!! I have recently tried their roast dinners on various different days and Oh My God! It is out of this world, I am not joking please Try it and see for yourselves. Sev and Ali are really nice people and they know how to look after their customers. This is a good Old Fashioned Cafe! “I have eaten here many times and it's always good. The salads are very large, tasty and filling. Wraps are huge! There is a lot of variety to choose from. Great chips. Definitely recommend. The kids menu is great too, not just the usual burger and chips, plenty of options. Makes a change from the chain restaurants in the high street.”

“Came for a quick drink, came here a few years ago and really liked it, still a great place. Went on a Sunday lunchtime, not the best time because it was packed. Didn't stay to eat but if you do want to then I recommend booking in advance if they take reservations. We sat outside which was fine since it was a nice day. Friendly, welcoming and helpful service from the gent behind the bar (possibly the manager/owner). Very family orientated feel to the place. Very cosy inside. Good choice of drinks at reasonable prices.”

I’ve worked in hospitality all my life and struggle to find places that hits all the spots that I look for. This place definitely delivers on atmosphere and service.”
