When I went in to reception wondering how to explain need repair done and deal with insurance company which were hard work to say the least. Was told not to worry we will deal with it. Family business with mum,dad and son.They exceeded my expectations with how helpfull they were and got call to say car ready to collect. The quality of repair was fantastic and no problem recommending this gem of a repair centre.”

“Went to Gravesend for the day and stayed the night here. Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. “My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

“I absolutely reccomend Moore Tool Repairs. I called in to ask advice on my plunge router which suddenly stopped working. Lee guided me through some inspections and he realised that one of the component was faulty and it could be easily replaced without sending the tool over to him. He then send me a link of the replacement so that I could order it and replace it myself. Another company would have asked me to send the tool over and charged me full price for a small repair I could have done myself.”

“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

Dean provides excellent personalised customer service and doesn't just know cars but your car and its needs. Gave really good advice too - making it cost effective. I had to wait over a month to be booked in. which was the only negative for me - I guess that only demonstrates trust people have of them. Thank you and see you again.”
