“Exceptional quality and service! From the moment I walked into Richmond Kitchens, the whole experience was a pleasure. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that’s genuinely beyond what I expected. They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

Went for a burst fade and it looks great.Zac is the best barber he had a great job and nice haircut for me. Friendly, talented staff. The setting works perfectly for families, friends, couples, and even pets, which makes it really special. We came in for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food — fresh, tasty, and well presented. A special mention to Kaveri, whose cheerful and attentive service made our visit feel happy and relaxed. The little goodbye surprise at the end was a nice touch and definitely made us want to return.”

“I've been to Happy Nails on 3 occasions now and each time I have left the shop a very happy lady. Ami took care of my nails for me and ensured I was happy with the outcome - I am a little adventurous with my nail designs and she has taken on each challenge without any issues. I am also a disabled customer and they have been great about ensuring I am as comfortable as possible. I also had a lovely pedicure done by Mia on my last visit, the massage and hot towel on my feet and legs was my favourite part after my summer nail design. I'm going to be a regular customer :-D”

“Very nice Thai food in a slightly quieter street in Kingston. We were the first people in on a Saturday evening, so the service was very prompt and friendly. We ordered Pad Thai, Grilled Chicken and plain Jasmine Rice — along with a Tiger Lager and some Jasmine Tea. Pad Thai was very nice, with not much spice, and they did give you the option to add heat with chilli flakes which were on the side of the plate. The grilled chicken had lovely flavour with nice crispy bits of skin, but the salad was fairly spicy. Definitely recommend if you're into Thai or other Asian cuisines.”

“We visited here on a Saturday around 3pm for a celebration dinner. We booked in advance for inside seating. There is outside seating which is perfect on a sunny date as right next to the river. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with their recommendations for food and drinks. We all opted for three courses, they do have weekend set Menus which is worth a look. All the meals arrived in perfect timing, they gave enough time between each meal so it wasn’t rushed. Everything was cooked beautifully and a really enjoyable meal. We will definitely be visiting again!”

“For me, one of the reasons that retail is fading is due to retailers neglecting the user / customer experience. Prestigious retailers, Harrods, Selfridges etc., get this right. There's also a huge focus on UX / UI on-line, but not often in retail. My experience today was different. Greated really well by the staff, and taken care of brilliantly by Jem. “I am so glad Me and Mrs Andrew in during the 1st lockdown last year met Kim and Vix from Kingston Branch. They were waiting for their booked in customers but they managed look over our plans and in those 10 minutes gave us our perfect ensuite! From start to finish they were full of great ideas and guided us through the whole process. All I can say to those customers who didn’t show up – your loss was our gain!”

“I approached Emma at Bellwether Solicitors as I needed help with a divorce and childcare arrangements order. Emma is a well-informed and very professional individual. My mind was always put at rest after speaking with her, as my ex would threaten me with all sorts. She is down to earth and very easy to talk to. “What an amazing team they have at kingston a and e. I can't fault a single person I met. They were caring, kind, charming and efficient. I was very impressed with the young occupational therapist I observed giving support and advice to a lovely lady and her daughter too. “Wow!!! This is a fantastic and convenient spot to get sushi whenever you want it. This is because this sushi gourmet place has a large range of options and choice. The choices vary from the simplicity of a Nigiri to salads and big rolls. It has options of small and £10 boxes of nigiri and other sushi rolls and bigger portions of £20 that are more complicated rolls. It has deliveroo as takeaway and delivery service. However, it’s in Sainsbury’s in the centre right at the back of the store. This doesn’t mean that it has a bigger difference on this gourmet style and other Japanese restaurant. It only contains sushi and not brothers or other Japanese dishes as it’s only a Sushi Gourmet. When I go there I always get the nigiri rolls because they’re fresh and simple and also delicious. I’ve also been to other Japanese authentic restaurants and it’s different regarding the taste of the sushi because it’s not a chain but a single restaurant. However it’s not that big of a difference regarding freshness.”

Having been to all the independent jewellers in the area looking for earrings for a special birthday present G&E were the only ones who offered to try to find something for me when they didn't have anything in stock. “Took my 20 year old GTV to Luke a few years back and days later it won best in show at Brooklands. Got my Maserati back yesterday. We discussed an issue with it which he said was 50/50 to sort. He couldn't sort it and knocked loads of the bill. He also went above and beyond what was agreed and did more than expected. He gets a third car of ours tomorrow. Overly fair and honest.”
