“I'm (being Indian) usually not a big fan of eating Indian food at restaurants in the UK, but yesterday, we were starving in the late afternoon and decided to try a new place. We went to Yaadein Authentic Indian Restaurant in Stoneleigh, Epsom , and I was impressed! The lamb chops (not in the picture) and Shish kebab were so soft—better than what I’ve had at most restaurants. I also ordered a thali, and it was just as delicious. Highly recommend checking it out !”

I came here with my family and my grandma really wanted a banana milkshake and they didn’t have it on the menu so the waiter went to the shops and got bananas to make it for her, it was so kind of him and they really went above and beyond for us. “This is a great little pub, tucked away and has everything you want in a Great British pub. The layout inside has a layout which allows for groups to have a catch-up around the larger tables and plenty of areas for couples to share intimate conversations. The garden offers a selection of seats and a child plays area which fits in perfectly and allows those restless little ones and area to play safely yet still within eyesight of their responsible adults The serve a great pint of Pride, I understand other drinks are available”

“On the contrary to some of the other reviews.. Where do I start? I have so many good points to make about this place. I used to go for lunch here with my baby daughter (materinity leave) in 2015 and back then I was so impressed by the freshness, the portions, the cleanliness and Jay (the owner, down to earth and warming service skills). It's always very quiet and clean so this automatically gives you a nice ambience. Fast forward to now, whilst most establishments have gone downhill after covid, Makiyaki went up several levels. They updated the decor (gorgeous), their crockery is very up market and their sauces that are drizzled over the sushi is fantastic. Jay the owner is extremely humble and polite and is a great chef and puts his all into everything his does. Alongside him, his wife also runs the restaurant. She is very efficient and conscientious about every detail. It's nice to see a restaurant go from strength to strength and their dishes are worth every penny. Recommendations are: scallop Volcano, scallop crunch, Gyoza (very fresh), England, Spider and kingston roll. I have lots of other favorites but the new addition is their pancake desert. Wow.. Thank you for always delivering an excellent experience and of course we shall be back.”

The customer service was brilliant, from discussing our requirements, right up to delivery and set up. The food was piping hot and they set it all up in buffet trays for our guests. “What a find! This friendly Thai chef has created a real Thai street food gem in the heart of Epsom! I love the simple menu, which will cater for most people (not trying to do too many things, just a short select menu, done really well!). All cooked fresh, and very fast service. “The best Hummus I had in London and its surrounding (and I know my hummus well!). You MUST try any of the hummus options, lamb kibbeh and Tabbouleh. It is super fresh! Prices are reasonable - value for money is excellent! Recommended for take out ONLY because place is too small. Owner runs the place alone, hard working and knows his Middle Eastern cuisine well. “Great Indian curry house in Guildford. They serve excellent Sunday Buffet with good choices to choose from. Samosa and onion bhaji were an excellent choice from their starter options. Madras chicken curry and lamp curry with Naan were my favourites. They do also have vegetarian options and serve basmati rice. Starters of poppadoms(of course) with various chutneys/dips, then chicken celyon, CTM, onion bhajee (superb!), sag paneer, mushroom pilau & garlic naan. China Spice are always honest and accurate with their delivery times, so that, even if the food is delayed, it is always fresh. So many restaurants bundle orders together and if you are last, the food is not fresh. I really recommend this takeaway; I've been using it for years and it is excellent.”

“I tried most Chinese restaurants in Epsom and this one has become my one and only favourite. Always piping hot food, still crispy when it gets to you, perfectly flavored and always deliver on time or a little earlier even at peak hours (Friday night.) The portions are also very generous and prices are very good. If you're not sure what to get, I recommend the crispy beef chilli or sweet & sour chicken hong kong style if you're afraid of spice, but if you don't mind a little warmth do try the szechuan chicken, it is seriously delicious. Savory and hot with generous chunks of vegetables and chicken steeped in the szechuan sauce. With egg fried rice it's my favourite dish.”

The portion was so much that I even had to bag it to take home, so portion size was great. Our host was great. Also, good place for babies, they had high chairs. It's quiet in the afternoon so it's nice for a couple date.”
