The customer service was friendly and helpful, and also offered a complimentary car pick-up/drop-off from home for next time. The oil and filter were changed. “This garage is been there for 20+ years a Friendly garage hidden away. Very helpful and tentative to your needs. It does all sorts wheels clutches, bodywork repair, tyres, air con, MOT engine service and so on…. I have been using them for 5+ years and had no problems whatsoever the mechanic Frank the electrician Matt and the helper Stuart they’re really good bunch of 3 that will help you in anyway possible to get a reasonable price for a fix and finish the work with a positive outcome and full of laughter! Clear advice about what needed repairing and when - and, just as important, what didn't need attention. Unlike the car's main dealership, which wanted to charge a packet for cleaning a headlamp and change a front wiper. Recommended.”

“P&P are absolutely exemplary! From the onset, I was treated with the upmost kindness and respect from Kim, when I called in for an MOT on my car that was overdue and I was kindly booked in for an appointment on the same day. Unfortunately my car failed the MOT due to airbag concerns but I was given a detailed explanation of the severity of the fault, so I could make an informed decision about how I wanted to proceed. Because of the time and care they took to explain the issues and the options I could take, I decided to book my car in with them for the repairs needed. Though, because of the severity and potential dangers of an airbag fault a specialist had to be called into diagnose the specific actions that needed to be taken to fix it. Turns out I needed to have all 4 seat belts in my car replaced but had I sourced this brand new, it would have costed me £1700, for the seat belts alone. But Kim, who was absolutely amazing, managed to source some very good quality belts, order them, have them fitted in my car and complete my MOT for significantly LESS than the price of the brand new seat belts alone. And just to top it off, this was all completed in a week! So all in all, P&P are outstanding! Their customer service and quality of work is impeccable and I would highly recommend that anyone and everyone comes here as they provide quality, dedication and care that is often hard to find these days. Staff are truly kind and take care with their jobs, ensuring that you are updated and understand at each step of the process. They are truly fantastic, and I will be back for my future MOT's and service!”

Recently my car had a fault develop with my braking system, called up got a slot on the day within a few hours they had given me a few quotes and routes on rapier which i was more than happy with. “I came here at 8:30am to get my passenger rear wheel replaced with a new tyre. I had booked an appointment and arrived on time. I was able to wait whilst my wheel was changed and carry on working from my laptop in the office. I observed Shah (the manager) and another gentleman to be trying the best with appointments they had, even though they had a lot of staff sicknesses that day (it was a Monday). My wheel was replaced within an hour and I appreciated the customer service the entire way. Thanks!”

“I am a senior citizen and I want to show my gratitude by thanking the cab driver who brought me from Nortth London to Gatwick Airport early Wednesday morning 10/12/25. Driver was on time, polite and very professional. His driving was excellent - did not speed. At the Airport, he went beyond the call of duty by helping me to look for (which took some time as there were no trollies close by - very unusual for a major Airport) bring, and helped me to load my luggage on the trolley. I was really pleasantly surprised and grateful for his service. Not many cab/uber drivers do that these days.”
