“I had a full service and MOT done... I booked online this was very easy... plus the prices/charges/what included/what is not are stated clearly/openly which I like. There is a growing number of mechanic venues you call and the price not as transparent which I do not favour. The MOT and service was completed in good time, and Mr Siddiqui sent video clips of what was done e.g., old parts that were replaced ... once again his style is open and transparent in a good way. He does not sub-contract his work which I like and feel my car is in safe hands. No hard sales and I was getting an honest and reliable service. Previously I went to garage that had good reviews but started to cut corners, overcharge and overtime for what ever reason was less transparent/helpful esp when subcontracting without being open about it.... so I looked else where naturally. I found this place based on the google reviews, gave it a go and now I recommend as it saved me the headache, of trying to find a reliable, affordable and transparent mechanic in London. Sincerely, thank you for actually delivering on what you advertise... it’s becoming rare to find a reliable/honest mechanic these days or perhaps I have been unlucky in the past. “I have a Volvo V70 2000, I had many lights showing on the dashboard and the car was not running as well as usual. I took it to my usual mechanic who could find what the problem was. I took the car to Glen at GB Autos and he found the problem straight away and although a replacement part cannot be found, he worked on re-soldering the part for me. I am delighted with the service offered at GB Autos and will be using them in the future. The service is excellent and the cost was reasonable , I am so glad that I found them.”

“Ray serviced and MOT’d my ten year-old Audi. He has an exceptional customer service mentality and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. He was also very honest. For example, he identified an issue with the battery and insisted on testing it in front of me to show the fault, despite my insistence that I believed him (it was going flat on a weekly basis). He clearly takes pride in running an honest business with a long heritage. I would recommend his garage very highly.”

“Prior to their closure, I took my cars to a trusted garage. Since that point, I had been on the hunt for another trusted garage (which I believe can be difficult at times). But thankfully I came across DRA. From making an initial enquire via email (promptly answered), receiving a quote for the work needed, receiving an update on when the work was complete to making payment and collecting my cars (2 cars have been taken here so far at different points), I would find it a struggle to go somewhere else. As of recently, they were very very understanding regarding a payment issue, which can be stressful for both sides the customer and garage, but they were understanding and not aggressive in any manner. If you're looking for a garage that is honest, reasonably priced and professional, you've found it.”

“The only place that was able to sort my air intake issues! After going to 4 garages (one who tried fixing by replacing some sensors and then referring me to an auto electrician that said theres nothing wrong with my electrics, and then seeing someone else who diagnosed and dissappeard and another garage that eneded up calling me saying i need to go to mercedes) I took a friend's referral to trust this garage and they have fixed my car! So happy. Beyond words on how happy I am! I can feel the difference instantly. I had a few issues and they have resolved them all. My car, after months of going back and forth to other people is fixed in 3 days by these guys!! These mechanics are highly knowledgeable, they also had reasonable approach and didn't just start charging you to fix things without them actually being the fault. Took about 3 days including waiting for parts. Also huge thanks to the receptionist Bala, he's been really helpful, responsive and reassuring.”

“Ordered parts from Euro Car Parts, booked PDQ through the ECP website easy enough. Took the car in, and through no fault of PDQ, an air filter hadn't been delivered, and when queried Neil rang ECP, who admitted they cocked up. ECP had the part delivered and Neil managed to get that item done Pretty Damn Quick! Decent outfit, not used them before, but would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.”
