“Michael is an awesome and knowledgeable guy, he has a true passion for understanding your vehicle and the issue. He is very patient. Many mechanics tell you one thing and mean another however here he encouraged me to look elsewhere without feeling bad. My car needed some work which was pricey but he took the time to explain the problem and gave me options. He even shared pictures with me to make sure I felt comfortable and showed his transparency. “I had my car cleaned by Dimi today. I chose the full valet service with Ozone disinfection. He drove to my house, very punctual and professional. The results are amazing, I'm so happy with the service! Not only did he do a great job, he also took the time to explain me in details what he did to my car and how to take care of it afterwards. Trust me when I say my car was extremily dirty, especially the inside. But Dimi went above and beyond and every single little detail has been taken care of. Not only this, he left me a little seat cover and a car freshener after the service. These company really cares for their costumers and I highly reccomend them to anyone who cares for their car. “The team at Star Tec were brilliant. My husband’s car needed servicing and I had to organize this. I requested a service by emailing the team and despite the holiday period they came back to me quickly. We were able to arrange a service within a few days and they couldn’t have been more helpful, agreeing to collect and drop off the car. On the day, communication was excellent, informing of time for pick up and then when additional work was offered. The car was back with me, cleaned and valeted by 1pm. I was able to pay on delivery and the service detail was fully documented. I would recommend Star-Tec to anyone with a Mercedes. Great customer service with a smile. Much more accommodating and good value for money compared with Mercedes dealership servicing. I’ll definitely be a returning customer to this company.”
