Despite the fact that our dog is probably not the easiest dog in the World to groom she always goes happily with Kirsty and comes out looking beautiful and smelling lovely. “We have two cockapoos and over the years have used loads of dog groomers (London based). Our two dogs have always made desperate attempts to escape and starfish at the door, pleading with us to not take them inside - they clearly were having a terrible experience, which really traumatised us as well! Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate. We now can leave them without the feeling of terror! Well done Sabrina, you’re a star!! You have proven grooming can be done well. I can’t recommend you highly enough. My senior dog who has a few skin issues now ( as he is 13) is treated so carefully and kindly and looks and smells amazing when he’s been to them . My little Yorkie pup too is fresh and clean after a groom . You can be sure however you prefer your dogs coat to be cut they will listen and advise if necessary. Great groomers !!”

From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both myself and my dog feel at ease. The facility itself was spotless, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. They had all the necessary tools and equipment to groom dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I could see that they were experienced in handling different temperaments. My dog looked and smelled amazing after his grooming session, and I could tell that he had enjoyed his time there. “We found little rascals on Google as did not want to return to any other groomer we had used for our little yorkie charlie. Today we took him along. We talked about the way in which we liked him cut the groomer was lovely and took on board everything we said. We were told about 1.5 hours and he would be ready. Wow I went back to collect him and was so pleased with his cut. His nails got cut too his ears cleaned all part of the great service ... I won't be looking for any other groomer now we have this one. . Thank you miklaw”

“I took our Persian cat, Mia, to Raquel today. She had so many knots and matted hair. Mia, is really only a baby, this was her first haircut so she was a bit stressed. Raquel is brilliant, she calmed her down, so many cuddles and kisses and talked to her. We have used other cat groomers but Raquel is fantastic. Mia had her fur shaved, she had a bath, eyes and ears cleaned and nails clipped and she was fine! I would definitely recommend Raquel to anyone who has a cat which needs grooming.”

“My large rescue street dog is VERY nervous around new people and noises, but as soon as she met Alice and the other girls she was so happy. It was the most amazing thing to see. I wouldn't trust any other groomers! My dog runs to Alice's door in excitement... have you ever seen a dog do that before they get groomed?! “Amazing experience all round! The team are extremely kind and caring and I fully trust them around my precious malshi, Daisy. Daycare is at perfect hours and whenever I drop Daisy off I know she will be in good hands. They are walked in the park and fed when needed and are given lots of time for play and naps. There are also lots of great photo updates sent throughout the day which puts a smile of my face. Can't say one bad thing about them as they are so perfect! They also accomodate to all dogs no matter what size or age, and the centre is also clean and organised. I can't wait to try out one of their doggie holidays as I know Daisy will have an amazing time making new doggie friends! Highly recommend Posh Pups!!”
