“I came in as a model for one of the students called Monika. She has amazing customer service, lovely to chat too. Always makes sure you are well cared for and asks what you want multiples times so she can get it correct throughout the process. The scalp treatment she did was wonderful and has done my head wonders. Good massage of it too where I wanted to fall asleep because it felt so nice. No water on my face or down the back of my neck which was nice. She did a beautiful cut and pin curl style. Her trainer Natalie also was amazing at teaching her and helping her along the way, when she wasn’t sure what to do she either asked or Natalie stepped in and helped to show her, so the client can get what they want and need without ruining the hair. I fully trust monika with my hair, and the other ladies I saw practicing too. It’s nice and quiet too, with only three chairs in the room, and no front glass where everyone can watch. Brilliant place with great prices too, especially when you are helping someone to get their qualifications and to start their career. Highly recommend to anyone x the photo shows the big pin curls, that were wide tooth combed out after a good few hours of walking through some shops and going home. X lovely lady’s. Definitely going back for more hair treatments and for them to dye my hair, as my mum also got her hair dyed and it was a beautiful colour and all over evenly. Thank you ladies for making me like going back to a salon as I stopped going and started doing my own hair for 2/3 years due to not liking hair dressers x so really appreciate the place”

I was a bit nervous but Emma was lovely and really made me feel at home . I only had a little treatment but the service I received was fab . Have already booked to go back .”

“My 3rd massage and it was great as always. Katy is very knowledgable has great communication skills, her customer service is on point, and she always makes you feel comfortable. I never want my treatments to end. Had my first ever skin peel today which I won thanks to a competition they were running, it was rather pleasant, I will defo book myself in for another.”

“I called up for an appointment and even though the senior stylist had a crazy back to back day he was able to accommodate me so pleasantly. At first i went in for a consultation where he ran me through all the details, ive been apprehensive in the past because I have curly hair however senior stylist Bobby new exactly what he was doing he knew my hair and the texture very well and knew coloring as if it was the back of his hand. He did a Strand test and then rang me back to tell me how well my hair had coped and was able to book me in at his earliest convenience. I had to bring in my baby girl due to her being breastfed and Bobby was able to accommodate us, he was pleasant very attentive, talked me through the whole process extremely professional and also allowed me to feed my baby girl at an area at the back with no issues. He did a wonderful job in colouring my hair I didn't want anything too wild and he listened to what I had to say. He cut my hair the way I wanted it as well and did a fabulous job in being gentle with my hair as curly hair can be very difficult to work with. I had my aunt come with me and he was very accommodating to her as well. I would like to give this service today a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be returning in the future for my hair needs Thank you for a lovely experience Salon 9”
