Their honesty and integrity are unmatched. I genuinely feel like they always have my best interests at heart. Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, welcoming, and always patient with my questions (no matter how basic they might be!). I never feel rushed or pressured, and I always leave with a clear understanding of what work was done and why. The team at MN Auto goes above and beyond to make sure I’m looked after. Another huge plus is their pricing. It’s always fair and very reasonable. I never have that sinking feeling of being overcharged or paying for unnecessary repairs. If you’re looking for a mechanic who is honest, reliable, and truly looks out for their customers—especially if you’re someone who doesn’t know much about cars—I can’t recommend MN Auto highly enough. They’ve made a lifelong customer out of me, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!”
