“Denise the store manager has been fantastic to deal with. After customer services on the phone weren’t great at helping me with a situation with regards to my engagement ring, I was a little bit annoyed by the situation as it felt like I was being passed back and for the with no resolution, however Denise took it upon herself to make the situation so much better for me and whereas before I said I wouldn’t shop with Ernest Jones again, I would 100% return to the Epsom store. With both my wedding ring and engagement ring from there, this would encourage us to return for our next jewellery purchase so thank you!”

I’ve had many experiences here but today when I took my damaged long loved ring in for re shaping that the shop I bought it from wouldn’t do for me… there and then Campbells straightened it out free of charge!
