After customer services on the phone weren’t great at helping me with a situation with regards to my engagement ring, I was a little bit annoyed by the situation as it felt like I was being passed back and for the with no resolution, however Denise took it upon herself to make the situation so much better for me and whereas before I said I wouldn’t shop with Ernest Jones again, I would 100% return to the Epsom store. With both my wedding ring and engagement ring from there, this would encourage us to return for our next jewellery purchase so thank you!”
