“I stayed here for a Dimash Qudaibergen concert on the 12th Nov, 2025 at the Ovo. The hotel was filled with dears (fans) from accross the world. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfie. Breakfast was also amazing, fresh variety of food, good value for money. Overall great hotel I can recommend.”

“Pleasantly surprised! The room was lovely and even though the room I booked was not air conditioned l, it was quite cool! 10 minute walk to South Harrow station which is served by the Piccadilly Line and a 5 minute bus ride to Harrow-on-the-Hill for the Metropolitan Line. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and buses are extremely frequent, every 5 to 8 minutes.”

“The room was pleasant and lovely and clean. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect. My only issue was the shower head leaked a little, but I had a very comfortable 2 nights away. On site parking was a bonus. Thanks to Brivony with your help sorting out the parking payment. Overall a good stay, would definitely use again.”

“Went this afternoon when it was nice and quiet. It’s far busier in the evenings. Can’t remember the last time I had a desi chai as good as this. And the lamb tunde (paratha wrap) was absolutely incredible, proper home made stuff, so many flavours in my mouth. The lads behind the counter were a friendly pair too. Good customer service and great food too, amazing all round!”

“Perfect surroundings, the stafd are super kind, and helpfull. They instantly fullfilled every request we made. We had a fantastic time here, and this gem became our most favourite place here in london in a blink! The food was amazing, and was affordable. “I am really impressed! Even though it is a restaurant that serves food inside, the prices are very similar to all the outside street food stalls in the area. Everything is very nicely presented and delicious! I am not a fan of Pav Bhaji, but here with the addition of Paneer it was simply delicious. I am shocked. Vada Pav is also one of the best I have eaten. Aloo Pakora was crispy, freshly fried. Punjabi Samosa very good. Ragda Pattice I tried for the first time but I am a fan of all chaats so I was sure I will like it. We also drank a large cup of Masala Chai. For all this we paid a little over £20! A wonderful place.”

“Great atmosphere if you want to study or relax. It's not busy (maybe because the location is on the top floor from the cinema area) and spotless cafe area. Friendly staff. Thank you, Abdi and Imani. Update - They've more from the top floor to the same lower floor with the cinema. So it's very busy now with people waiting for their movie to start. From the top floor was the cafe used to locate initially, the cinema franchise had built an extension cinema view experience of 3D view. I am looking forward to experiencing it soon.”

“Location is brilliant for training in London and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. It is closing down soon and it shows. As things have gone wrong in the rooms they have not had the money nor desire to fix the so bath Jacuzzis don't work, half the tvs are not working, even the safe in my room doesn't work. But I cannot fault the service and it's such a shame for these lovely staff that they will be made redundant. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they all find somewhere worthy of their service.”
