“I’ve been a loyal Daisy Grey customer since 2023, and in that time it’s become far more than just a coffee stop for me — it’s been a constant companion through every stage of my academic and professional life. The team is consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming; they remember faces, orders, and even the little details that make you feel like part of the community. During my undergraduate degree, the outdoor heaters kept me company through countless study sessions. As a teacher, I found myself back here on early mornings, planning lessons with a cup of something extra hot (which they never fail to get just right). And the outdoor plug sockets? They witnessed the highs and lows of my master’s degree — drafts, deadlines, and all. The coffee is always delicious, reliably smooth, and prepared with care. Their pastries are just as unforgettable: the croissants are always fresh, warm, and perfectly flaky, and the banana bread is genuinely the best in town. The fact that the staff remember my regular extra-hot order says everything about the personal touch that sets Daisy Grey apart. I regularly drive an extra ten minutes from work, even on my shortest breaks, just to get a Daisy Grey coffee — it’s genuinely that worth it. Daisy Grey isn’t just a café; it’s been a backdrop to my growth, a comforting constant, and the best local spot I’ve ever had the pleasure of calling “mine.” Highly recommended.”

“We live just up the road and thought it was a greasy spoon. How wrong we were. Poached is a postage stamp size gourmet breakfast restaurant. The menu is innovative. The service is warm and friendly. That totally know their coffee (fresh roasted beans on sale here too). A delightful place for breakfast (and probably lunch too. As a bonus they have a live train times board and do takeaways. 5 stars all the way.”

“I’ve been here several times now since its recent opening. It’s a pretty looking place with a good selection of food both savoury and sweet. Staff are welcoming and you don’t feel pressured to leave. All in all a good local cafe to go to either with friends or alone”

“I had had a busy day about in Bromley and arrived early from that to a reservation I'd made that day for early dinner (18:15). Prices were properly reasonable for such fine dining. The presentation of each course was spot on, I'd even say en place, buuuuut not my element at this time. The maître d' was professional and courteous. I felt a bit under-dressed but braved through and they brought no attention to this and treated me. At some spirit auguery advice, my royal self reluctantly avoided steak this evening, going instead from chef's suggestion menu, the seared scallops and then sea bass. The scallops were grilled, and tender rather than rubbery as I sometimes 'expect' of scallop. I'd had some grilled halloumi around lunch tiem, and joked that scallops would be right out to pair with halloumi. I think there is this. The sea bass were served seared with skin on, and a sweet tomato salsa, with a potato tower of some kind. Service were quiet and excellent. I did not once feel rushed and I NEEEEED to return for some côte de boeuf or rib-eye some day soon. This should be written. I'll be needing dress better suited. “1st time ordering. Was tasty big portions, good prices delivered in quick time. Great mixed starter. Egg fried veg rice very nice and a good black bean tofu veg; no chillies which my partners happy with. The crispy chicken wings i found so delicious and beef chow mein lots meat! Yum! “Had a meal here recently to celebrate a birthday with friends and had a pleasant experience. Elegant interiors and friendly staff greeted us and we were led to our table. It was a bit busy but we didn't feel rushed or that the place was bursting. Good wine, delicious hot chocolate and since it was a Sunday afternoon, we decided to get the seafood starter lamb and seafood roast. The food was delicious and elegantly plated and looked like art. The courgette fries were a bit disappointing though as they were soggy and the coating had all vanished so it felt like we were having raw courgette slices. That tiny blip aside, the afternoon went perfect and the cheesecake at the end made it even more memorable.”

“Lovely coffee shop really close to the station, not the place to be sitting on your laptop (my mistake) it’s hustle and bustle and friendly customer service is great if you’re just stopping by and having a good catchup. But wouldn’t stay for long as it’s a tiny space. Definitely recommend for good coffee and quality baked goods. Had the blackberry danish was so good I forgot to take a photo!”

The Levant grilled and marinated chicken was tender and packed with flavor, perfectly complemented by the fresh coleslaw, crisp lettuce, and a sweet yet spicy honey sriracha sauce. The homemade chips were crispy and seasoned to perfection, and the salad with balsamic vinegar added a refreshing balance to the meal. “Had a weekend brunch here and we absolutely loved it! this place is local to me and I couldn’t believe I’ve not been here before. It’s a cute café, decent food, very welcoming staff (they probably know half of the people who come in here as they seem to be regulars) ☺️ We enjoyed our food and the portions were generous! It’s the little things that I truly appreciate, the decor, the way the food was laid on the plate and the atmosphere in the cafe. Overall, would recommend!”

“Nice little spot in the park court yard brilliant for dog walkers and visitors. Nice menu serves stone baked pizzas with a few to choose from. Breakfast buns and a nice selection of drinks. Ice cream counter that also serves special dog ice creams. Very nice staff all the food is fresh and they have a selection of cakes and bakery goods. Well worth a stop”

“Went today this Deli today to get the lovely Italian ham they have which is very tasty. The Deli was quite busy and I they clearly needed another member of the team to help although the lovely lady who served me was so professional and polite. She stayed calm under pressure from people that definitely should be more polite. (Be kind) Manners cost nothing. Well done to Kaley:)”

“I have been many times to Wimpy Beckenham and every time is such a nice experience. I prefer their food to other chains and their staff are so lovely. The last time I went with my daughter and the lady that served us was so nice!!”
