The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s always nice to be treated with such warmth and professionalism. “Amazing staff and owner. They gave my mum water on a very hot day and then helped us locate a missing bag. Very prompt communication through the chat, and I could tell they really cared. My mum was so thankful coming here for water. The staff are amazing and very caring. Please make sure you pop by here after getting off the train. “I really enjoyed the Indian afternoon tea at Orangery by Sapna. The Karak tea was definitely the highlight rich, warming, and full of flavor. The scones were fresh and perfectly baked, and the assortment of sandwiches offered a nice variety of tastes. I also loved the sweet treats, which were beautifully presented and delicious. “I hired the Grand Suite at the New Inn for my 60th birthday party with 110 guests. Everything was perfect! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thanks especially to Aimee who ensured I was able to set up decorations etc. early in the day. The room is beautiful with a lovely big dance floor and nice big tables with plenty of seats. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The bar staff were friendly and efficient. Great air conditioning in the main room on a very hot night was very welcome! My guests were all extremely impressed with the venue. Thank you all the staff for making everything work out so well - brilliant!”

“This review is long, long overdue. I first visited the UK back in 2012. I was sightseeing when I came across this cafe. This was my first full day in London, and my first meal in the city, and it was very good. Seriously, it was exactly what I needed. The young woman who served me was very nice and she could tell by my Canadian accent that I was visiting. Fast-forward to 2018. This was my third time in London, but my second time eating here, and it looked better than before, and the food was even better, too. And to top it off, the same young woman was still working there, and she remembered me. I'll be returning to London next month, and I'll definitely be having breakfast here again!”

“A lovely cafe right by the river and London Bridge station. You can sit outside under cover in the archways at Hays Galleria which is lovely. We had the burrata and pulled lamb wedges to start - and the lamb was incredible! We then had the seafood pasta and bacon, pistachio and onion linguine and loved the combo of flavours. The red velvet cheesecake is also a must order - it was so delicious! We really enjoyed all the food, the great service and the atmosphere.”
