This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. He inspected the damage and explained thoroughly in detail the process that would be involved in the repairs - his passion for this work is very evident to see. Even with his busy schedule, he was able to pencil me in at short notice and I received the car back looking brand new the same day.
