“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”

“Our group stayed here for 4 nights and we have very smooth stay. Maria ( group booking manager) is just awesome as she helps a lot. She make our stay n go behond to help us on every steps. My all group is happy with the stay. Breakfast is nice n staff Ranjita and Dibbya is very good and ready to help us. Jose at front desk is cherry on top and so as bar guy. “Really cant complain for the price paid. Stayed for 17 nights. Clean and safe place to lay your head. Staff friendly and polite. Most people stay for a day or two, but they have a few long term residents (who were really pleasant and told me where to go for stuff locally). Microwave and kettle in food prep area. Food and drink Vending machines for something quick. I would have no problems in coming back here, although probably not for everyone. Mostly for the budget conscious.”
