I had my doubts initially but all the 5 star reviews gave me some confidence and I decided it was worth taking a chance. After dropping the car at the garage, I was kept updated with photos of the parts & videos while the work was being done. I was contacted as soon as the car was ready unlike some other garages where I've had to follow up to find the status of the work. “We had the most incredible experience at Hounslow Urban Farm and I say that as a regular visitor. The staff are consistently friendly, calm and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care deeply about the animals and about giving children a proper, hands on experience rather than something rushed or staged. My son did the Ranger Experience for his birthday and he genuinely said it was the best day of his life. He fed the pigs, groomed a Shetland pony, fed and hugged the sheep and goats and was encouraged to get fully involved the whole time. The animals are clearly well loved and cared for and very friendly, which makes the experience feel safe, interactive and memorable rather than just observational. It feels personal, warm and thoughtfully run. As someone who visits regularly, I can honestly say the quality never drops. Highly recommend!”

I had an issue with my PCO badge and I spoke with the manager and another guy (who was bus driver before) they were very nice, kind and helpful. They are “HUMANS “ with full huge capital letters I hope more people like them and the world can be a better place in the future because now I have a 6 month old and I wish He can grow up in that world. Although it looks small, it has most stuff that a big store such as the nearby Quality Food, and they're pricing are competitive and has found lot of things cheaper than Quality Food. But the main reason I shop here is to the fact that they're decent honest people who would never deceive you, oppose to a place like Qulity Food where I have had many bad experiences i.e - overcharging.”
