“An absolutely fabulous nursery. My son only attended one day a week but his progress in all areas sped up phenomenally after only a few sessions. Being at BP boosted his confidence, his interest in art, his social skills and his language and numeracy skills immensely. I can't emphasise enough just how lovely the staff are at BP; Henry looked forward to seeing them every week and barely gave me a second glance once dropped off! The staff were always consistent and everyone I spoke to there knew exactly who my son was and all his likes, dislikes and habits. A far cry from a previous nursery he attended where I saw his key worker twice in about three months and there was no sense of closeness with the toddlers at all... Henry always had the best time at BP, especially getting to go outside exploring every day he was there. We were absolutely devastated to leave and only did so because we were moving out of area. I would highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for a calm, well organised, friendly environment and professional staff who go above and beyond for the kids.”

“Our son has been attending St Francis since November 22 and the changes we’ve seen in him are remarkable. As a 4 year old who moved countries, he has had his fair share of challenges adjusting with peers and expressing his needs. Kelly helped us a lot by sharing resources and guiding us through the right channels. The entire team work so hard to bring the best out of each kid and always greet you with a smile at the door. We’ve received constant feedback in person and via the app they use to track and record the kid’s activities. The setting is very well arranged with a good balance between indoor and outdoor activities. From our experience trying out other settings, I must say that St Francis is truly special and one of a kind. We graduate this July and the staff has helped prep him for the next chapter. Wishing them all the best and we will really miss this lovely group of teachers.”

“I’m so late for this as my son is almost 7years but until today I always talk about what miss Jas and the rest of the ladies did for my son. Can’t even put in words how much they did for my son, all the love caring and hard work . He went to just 4 kids non verbal couldn’t seat still couldn’t look at peoples eyes didn’t know how to play with other children, censoring, hyper, overexcited and many other things. They way this ladies did everything for him to be ready for reception baring in mind covid came in the middle of their work with him it’s amazing . They helped him so much they saw a beautiful boy smart so good in many things and they push him to be the best version of himself. Until today I make sure miss Jas sees my son and he never forgets his nursery. She helped me even when he went to primary gave me advices when I need it and always had her door open for me and my son. I could write an essay here because I’m so grateful for everything but to conclude I hope this nursery continue to succeed and help many children and if you’re thinking where to put your child 1000000% I recommend this nursery. “From the very first visit, I had that wonderful feeling that Sofia’s setting was the right place for my son. Sofia’s home is a caring, fun, and stimulating environment, full of adventures and learning. The activities Sofia does with the children are fantastic — trips out, learning how to care for each other, playing and exploring, arts and crafts, and helping Josiah get ready to start school in September. The list is endless! As Josiah has grown, I’ve seen how the activities have changed and developed, especially during the time when the younger children nap. These activities clearly help prepare the older ones for the next chapter of school life. Josiah has certainly been well prepared for school by Sofia — from being able to put on his shoes and coat and zip them up, to holding a pencil correctly and using scissors — all while still having plenty of time to play and have fun. Personally, I feel that being in a childminder’s setting, where Josiah has been able to grow and interact with both older and younger children over the past four years, has been invaluable. There has been so much peer learning — caring for younger friends and learning from older ones — something you don’t always get in a nursery setting where children are often separated by age. Sofia, this is a heartfelt thank you — from the anxious, nervous mum on day one to the now very proud mum of a confident, caring boy who is loving school. P.S. Josiah misses you lots! ❤️”

“I cannot recommend Springfield lodge enough. My little one has been going since December and everyone at the nursery have been great. So caring and really trying to help him develop. He’s been slow to walk but all the staff have been trying to help him. I saw a previous post saying the staff were rude and perhaps it was because she was not from the UK. I really struggle to believe that this has been their experience as truly I think everyone at the nursery is exceptionally kind and really friendly. It’s also very multicultural and they go out of their way to embrace all of the different cultures, both with the variety of food but also loads of little extras including the different languages and celebrations. I’m a first time mum, so didn’t know what to expect but the nursery have gone out their way to reassure me and it really is the best environment for my little one.”

“Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 6m digital planetarium experience to 230 Reception to Year 6 pupils at Rowan Preparatory School. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The day was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky; visiting the International Space Station; learning about a future colonised Moon, the Solar System and how British scientists search for real aliens. All the staff across the nursery knew our son's name within a day and would say hello to him as we dropped him off.
