“Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”

“Steve was my hero. Our cat Lily was due to stay with our daughter but she was unable to have her. So the day before we were due to go on holiday I rang Steve. We were in luck he had, had a cancellation. Steve reassured us that Lily would be fine, he asked what food she preferred and biscuits etc. Made sure all her injections were up to date. When we dropped her of he took her to her holiday home. Steve kindly let us pick her up a little earlier due to M25 bring busy and his wife Melinda explained how Lily had been, when she had eaten etc. We will happily leave Lily at The Ark in future and found them very friendly and caring. “My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

He was destructive and frustrated at previous daycares, but the structured environment and enrichment activities here have transformed him. He's now so much more confident and content at home too. “We have two cockapoos and over the years have used loads of dog groomers (London based). Our two dogs have always made desperate attempts to escape and starfish at the door, pleading with us to not take them inside - they clearly were having a terrible experience, which really traumatised us as well! Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate. We now can leave them without the feeling of terror! Well done Sabrina, you’re a star!! You have proven grooming can be done well. I can’t recommend you highly enough. From us all, including Arnie and Rocky, we thank you!!!”
