“DLG Auto services Orpington were absolutely fantastic. The two gentlemen that came to pick up my car and were very polite and efficient. They explained that to would take them about 10 minutes to take out their inspection before taking the car away. I’m sorry but I forgot their names. The car was repaired in a day with feedback every step of the way. The next morning I received a call to say the car was repaired and a very pleasant lady asked what time was suitable for them to return the car. I received call from a gentleman named Gary whom was on his way. Once again a very pleasant and professional man. Would definitely recommend DGL. Thank you so much”

“A update . Change from 1 to 5 please read why. Just had a phone call from Mrs Clare Mansfield. A lesson for all companies, a phone call is much more beneficial than emails etc. She has certainly made me feel a lot better about the situation. She has restored confidence in her company. She came across as genuine. Some of her staff should follow her example. I therefore am changing my review from 1 to 5. Let's hope I don't regret it. I won't write at the moment anything ,because there are legal proceedings in place,and I don't want too jeopardise them. However giving a company a 1 star, wish it was a minus number, shows that something is seriously wrong. I have no doubt that a good 5 star review will now pop up on their reviews. Of course it won't be a coincidence”

“2025 **** I forgot I already done a review! Update to say thank you for being so supportive and to everyone who has been very kind. Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!!
