They have a bakery that services fresh goods, fruit and veg section, clothing section, spices, alcohol section, flowers as you enter, and other food items. You can get lottery tickets there. This place has a selection of hot and cold drinks to choose from There is a wide variety of cakes and hot and cold sandwiches to choose from. As there is a lot of seating available I never have any difficulty getting a table to sit at. Price wise I would say it is in line with eating at most coffee shops”

“Have been coming to cafe hero for some time now and always get the best coffee be it white American (hot milk) , flat white white or mocha served by the lovely Elena and her new members of team Callista who recently has been taking my order and has met all expectations. “I had a really good experience at Jamaica Blue in the Harlequin. The café has a nice atmosphere — modern, comfortable, and a bit different from the usual chains, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my order was taken and prepared quickly. The coffee was excellent, rich and smooth, and the food I had was fresh and nicely presented. “I've been coming to this cafe with my family for at least 10 years. It's highly accessible via lifts for anyone with wheelchairs or pushchairs, I've never had an issue getting a table and the staff are friendly. After so many years coming they know us by sight! The food is simple, with lots of filling options for sandwiches/baguettes or other choices. Veggie options as well. The coffee is especially good, always piping hot. Can't fault it as a straightforward and inexpensive cafe that's that feels a little above the hustle and bustle of the shopping mall due to its elevated position.”
