“I am really disappointed to see thar some reviews people have said this is a 2 star hotel. There are crazy ilford travelodge is the best hotel in east london for me its 5 star. The service we get every time is the best. We always come to this hotel and without a blink we get everything' we asks for . The location is the best 5 mins away from the station shops near by. Rooms are always clean. And the staff especially these guys are what hotels are made off. Starting with lira running the place with a special mention to sabrina,tammy, emannuela, amit, shadab, adriano, alina, ashif. Giffty. Thank You so much and more if i cant remember all the names but thank you all for you guys who make this travelling enjoyable. You all have made this the best hotel in east london. Nasir mirza”

Abdul went above and beyond to make sure my bird was safe, comfortable, and happy throughout the whole time. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. The level of attention, knowledge, and genuine love for birds here is truly exceptional. My parrot came back settled and content, which speaks volumes about the way he was looked after. “Stayed last year in july for 2 nights, all though the room was a tiny bit hot, it was well decorated, clean and tidy. The breakfast had a well layed out continental choice. The only thing i think could have been better was the room size it could have been a little wider. All in all thoroughly enjoyed myself, close to shops, close to shopping places and the tube was literally down the road. cannot wait for the next time i come here.”
