“Bluewater store informed of availability of the green Ida jacket in small size(as there were none on line at their Lakeside store .The Whistles staff in both stores were helpful, efficient and professional provided anexcellent service and posted the item the next day ,this service was much better than leaving an email for customer support who emailed 6 days later regarding some green sequin trousers”

“Location is fantastic . We decided to stay over after a visit to Lakeside and go out to the boom battle bar. The staff were all lovely from reception to the breakfast staff . Breakfast was very nice , good quality sausages and lots of cereals, pastries. Would stay here again . Basic but had everything we needed”
