“I have been staying at Gravity West Court for the past few months. I absolutely love it here! As soon as you enter the compound, you feel safe and secure. You have your own fob to access all the areas. The operations team, which is the staff members, they are so amazing! Milena was the one who assisted me with all the booking and viewing procedure. She was very patient with my numerous enquiries. After my move in, I met other neighbors and staff during events and got to know some more staff through emails and group chat in the app. One of the best things about Gravity is their events. It is beautifully planned out by Alice to ensure that you’ve a good experience! Most of events are free and a few are paid which is very reasonably priced too. We have communal lunch and dinners and even outdoor events in various locations! It’s a great time to bond with your fellow neighbors and get to know them. Alice have been one of the sweetest staff members! She is so polite and kind hearted. Additionally, even Robert and Dale, they are so helpful and understanding. They really try their best to be there for you and listen to you and give you solutions to your problems. Really grateful for that. Indiana is really helpful whenever I need help with maintenance and she is very sweet too. There might be times where you need to fix somethings and you might have to contact maintenance. However, they take care of it very well. There seems to be regular inspections to keep the health hazards away such as a fire. Another thing is, it is also about how one interacts and put themselves out, that way you’ll create a more meaningful experience here and have good memories! Lastly, from groceries to salons, name it and you’ve it. There’s almost everything here that you might need. Even the transportation link is great. The tube station is a 5 minutes walk. The bus station is 5 seconds to 2 minutes walk. You’ll find it easy to get to places. Here are some attached pictures of my room and experiences through my eyes! :)”

“We ordered our kids mattresses and a super king bed and mattress. Ambi was very helpful in explaining the different types of beds and mattress and helped us get what we needed. The delivery was super quick and the guys made the bed and set everything up. I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone.”

“Manpreet and Nirvair did a wonderful job in our daughter’s bedroom. The wardrobes and desk were finished to a very high standard and the lighting both inside the cupboards and in the shelves and above the desk will be greatly appreciated when she’s studying and when she’s choosing what to wear. Another great job for us by Sunny BK, who we will definitely be using again!”

“I had the best grilled seasoned tilapia, spicy though but delicious. Great service and atmosphere. Nice presentation of food. I’ve been to heritage many times but this was the best meal. It could be that they’ve a new Cheif but I’ll definitely recommend you check it out.”

“All the way from South Africa & just looking for some good food & drink before a long trip back home, I stumbled across Big Smoke Taphouse at London Heathrow Terminal 2 & had the absolute privilege of meeting Savio, the server who knew very well I struggling with the QR Code version menu & was eager to assist me & simplify my order & dining experience. Savio was extremely friendly, helpful & patient as we took our time to go through the hard copy menus & eventually opted for Tex Mex Tacos, Pork Burnt Ends, Some Onion Rings & 2 glasses of wine. I was pleasantly surprised with the bursting flavors of the all the food, especially the smokiness of the pork burnt ends & most especially encountering very bland food in England overall, LOL. “We had our twins 18th birthday party yesterday in Amrit Lounge. The food was so delicious by chefs (Mr. Sharma & Mr. Pandey) , waitress ( Aasha) was excellent and was spot on. The manager ( Mr. Sooriya ) was so helpful and he is brilliant. He managed this event so smoothly that all our guests (80) were so impressed with the food & service and the atmosphere. Highly recommended for small partys for around 70/80 people. A big "Thank you" to all the staff of Amrit Lounge for making this event a grand success.”

“Visited Khan's Karahi in Hounslow West with friends for a weekend breakfast a couple of weeks ago, and it was an absolute treat! We went for their classic halwa puri, which was excellent – everything freshly made, with perfectly fluffy puris, deliciously sweet halwa, and flavorful chanas. We also ordered the nihari with kulchas. I'm not usually a big fan of kulchas, but these were outstanding – soft, fresh, and paired perfectly with the rich, tender nihari. Even my friend, who's a kulcha expert and has tried them everywhere, agreed they were spot on! Portions were generous, the seating arrangement was spacious and comfortable (I can imagine it gets packed on busier days, but we were lucky and got served quickly and attentively). It's the real deal for an authentic Pakistani/Desi breakfast at very reasonable prices. And to top it off, the chai was fantastic – hot, aromatic, and just right. If you're craving proper halwa puri, nihari, or just a hearty desi start to the day in Hounslow, this is the place. Will definitely be returning!”

“2 mile walk from Hatton Cross station (free ride from LHR airport). If you need to use a bunch of hours at LHR this is a 3 minute free tube ride and a 50 minute walk. My wife had the Steak & Ale pie, I had Tikka Masala and both were great! £12 for the two meals!”

“Our second time visiting this place and is located near the boarding gates after check-in. A large cosey place with a range of seating and tasteful decor, the range of food is good. Great place if you have some time to wait for your flight. Service was slow in this visit, we were seated immediately but our order was taken until we asked after waiting 10min”
