“I have had my bambach chair for well over a decade. I purchased it from this company and have had it serviced by this company. I work in Dentistry and this chair has endured alot. I have had it reupholstered in a two tone colour. Regassed, new base and new wheels. The customer service has been exceptional especially recently from Felicia she went above and beyond in helping me. I would not work without my bambach and should this bambach expire I would buy another from this company. If you are considering buying one watch the YouTube videos, get one on free trial you will not regret the decision. If you have a back problem it will effect you being able to work this is a preventive tool. Highly recommend this company and I think it's really good value. I was expecting the base to be so much more expensive than it was, it came with free postage the next day.”

I was escorted into the show room and the chap whom I saw was really helpful directing me to the chair that as soon as I sat in I felt at home. “Positives Very good value (In October). Massive estate, excellent area. Swimming pool water was very warm and child friendly. Fruit at breakfast was superb - best prunes I have ever eaten. Free fruit offered outside of breakfast in one wing of the hotel. Neutral / noteworthy. My room was very far away from the rest of the hotel. "Deluxe" room was slightly odd with staircase and no bath tub. Negatives Cooked breakfast wasn't all that. I didn't enjoy the cooked breakfast my sister also didn't finish hers. I expected better. Pool closed too early resulting in a surge of people using it use on Saturday night, please open till 22:00 not 19:00.”

“Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”
