“A great value for the money. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. The location was close to houses of worship as well as restaurants in the neighborhood. The owner was friendly and helpful with information and places to visit. We would stay here again.”

“We stayed in the Katherine of Aragon room. It was fantastic. The room was well equipped and VERY clean. We love the area. Easy walk to great restaurants and our favorite wine bar, Vineking. Short walk to a train station for easy access into central London. Would highly recommend. Oh one last thing, the new Lion Gate Cafe across the street is great for breakfast or lunch.”

“I felt compelled to write a review after yet another wonderful stay at the Fairmont Windsor Great Park. The setting is beautiful, the service always impeccable, and the facilities fantastic — but it’s the people who truly make it special. A huge thank you to Sharmila, who looks after us so thoughtfully every time we visit. She greets us with such warmth and genuine kindness, immediately making us feel at home. Sharmila and the team are a big part of why we return again and again. We really appreciate everything they do to make each stay so enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable — especially in such a fast-paced world. Thank you, Sharmila. We can’t wait to see you again very soon.”

“Breakfast at The Level was a truly fantastic experience. The variety and quality of the food are exceptional, from the fresh fruit and natural juices to the freshly baked pastries and hot dishes prepared with care. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, perfect to start the day full of energy. I would especially like to highlight Juan, an excellent waiter who was always attentive, kind, and professional. Thanks to him, the service was flawless and the whole experience even more enjoyable.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Shangri-La London. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Tyrone, the manager, who was incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail of our visit was perfect. His professionalism and kindness truly elevated our experience. He helped us with upgrading our room making our stay exceptional in Westminster suit. Our suite was stunning…spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, with the most breathtaking views of London. Waking up above the city felt magical. The atmosphere, the comfort, and the attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend the Shangri-La London for anyone looking for a memorable and top-tier experience. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “Location is super convenient. Jay was super helpful! He made our stay very welcoming. There is a supermarket and a Tesco near which makes it easy if you may want a late night snack or simply forgot to pack. The restaurants in the area are really nice. Mezimso food was amazing. This was an amazing place. Again Jay, shout out to you with your incredible service. Will come back !!”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“Very clean, bright, warm, in a great location for the nearby tube station (5 minutes walk away) with helpful staff accessible 24/7. My apartment had a bedroom, kitchen/living/dining area, decent sized bathroom and I felt it was much better value than an hotel. All necessary facilities provided: hairdryer, ironing board and iron and in the kitchen a good sized fridge, a cooker and microwave. Although it was central, it wasn't noisy. I always travel with earplugs, but didn't need them. The mattress was comfortable too - nearly forgot to mention that crucial detail!”

“I had a great experience at this great pub located just off Esher high street. I had great communication from Liam to confirm my booking of 20 guys. He arranged a room for us upstairs, took table service for lunch and we were so well cared for by Sam. He was very attentive to us. The whole group had great things to say about their food. An excellent pub for a Sunday roast.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The property itself is nice, modern, and very well-kept. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel also has on-site parking which was good. Even when the main car park was full, the staff would arrange additional parking elsewhere There are lots of restaurants and food spots nearby, giving plenty of options for meals. Plus, the transport links to Central London are very good, making it easy to get around. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay and i’d definitely recommend”

“I don’t regularly post google reviews but I was so impressed by the weekend I’ve just spent with a group of friends at Nutfield that I felt compelled to tell others. It’s a 4 star hotel but the service is most definitely 5 stars. The friendliest and most helpful staff I can remember coming across at a hotel. We were quite a demanding bunch but nothing was too much trouble.”

“Clean, quiet, and amazing employees. We loved this hotel all 6 nights that we were there. I would definitely stay there again. And the grocery store basically right under it was also nice. “This is the happiest I've ever been at a hotel. Stayed for 6 nights. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Pillows were fantastic (two size options - yay!). The staff is so friendly. Easy check-in and check out. You are close to your neighbors but I didn't hear anyone. The window opened all the way for fresh air. There was also the Eur slot vent with the option to open or close, and an A/C (though I didn't try the A/C). The TV included a handful of channels and the option to login with Netflix. The blackout curtains worked really well (helpful for jet lag). Hot water was hot, water pressure was great. Waterfall and hand held showerheads. The location is walkable to two different train stations. Even in the middle of the night people were walking the streets regularly. It felt very safe. Local pubs had friendly vibes. Hotel bar had travelers in it regularly working or sipping on cocktails. Room came with cotton rounds (yay!), Qtips, shower cap (yay!), hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner from a good brand. Iron was available on request. Laundry services are a one-day turnaround, drop off morning, get it back at night. Sink basin closes should you need to hand wash. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The tea was particularly yummy. The coffee was Nepresso with a variety of pods. The fridge included snacks and alcohol for cost, prices listed. The room also has a safe. The whole hotel was very clean. To set expectations, the room is smaller compared to maybe what someone in the US would be used to (it's London after all). Hangers and one small drawer for your clothes. No full length mirror and no where to place anything in the shower (ie your razor). The shower's a bit tight. No lifts (again it's London) but they are happy to help you with your bags. This place just had a great vibe and getting a good night's sleep is such a privilege when traveling. Highly Recommend.”

“We had three short stays over a three week period ranging from 5, 3 and 2 nights. The staff, despite always being busy, were very friendly and helpful. Room 110 was small but okay for a couple of nights, just be careful that the shower desn't overflow onto the bathroom floor (the other two rooms had over-bath showers), room 101 was the smallest so maybe better for just an overnighter, room 111 was larger and therefore more comfortable. We had no issues with noise All of the staff, from the bar and restaurant, kitchen and room service were really friendly, helpful and professional. I really appreciated the historical photographs displated throughout the hotel and pub, linking the hotel to the area at the time around WW2 and to the local RAF base at Northolt. The dining room is the former dance hall, you can really imagine how it might have been back in the 1940's. The meals were great value, it was nice to be able to head downstairs early (Breakfast served from 07:00), grab your free coffee and then order brekkie online to your table. As mentioned previously, apart from one slightly sultry guy, everyone was very friendly and, at times, it was very busy in there. This was an ideal location for us, an easy drive from Heathrow and close to the people and places that we wanted to visit. We were very happy with the value, for a London hotel.”

“I thought this place was a really good find! Located opposite the hospital, 10-15 walk from Guildford centre. I stayed in a single room, as I just needed somewhere to put my stuff overnight. The room is a standard single room size enough for a single bed, hanging space for clothes and a small desk and chair. . They provided tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and a robe. The robe was needed as I had a shower room to myself, but was located down the hall (also remember to fetch slippers) Luckily though, it was very quiet when I stayed and only saw one other guest. The hotel itself is clean, nicely decorated with nice fittings. The shower room was a bit small, but couldn’t fault the power shower! Again lovely and clean. The room was also well presented and good value for money. The lady at reception was really welcoming and friendly. Also to note the doors don’t lock by themselves so make sure to take your key with you and lock doors behind you when you leave your room. I didn’t have food here, as my stay was really short but the menu seemed nice. Overall a pleasant stay and great value for money!”

“Very nice standard of rooms, large and clean. Very quiet, especially in inside rooms away from the road. Breakfast was good but as it wasn't busy it was sat under the heaters waiting so didn't feel as fresh as it could have. Bus stop outside or a 10 min walk to the Tube. Staff were pleasant and I will certainly stay again. Good value at the time of booking as had an offer on.”

“We stopped for a snack and drinks. We had duck spring rolls which were served beautifully with sweet chilli sauce and salad with a mustard dressing. Probably the best spring rolls I’ve had – thin crispy pastry with a delicious duck filling The drinks were nice. I asked for lime and soda with bitters (where I am used to lemon lime and bitters in Australia) which they accommodated and it was quite delicious. A nice setting good service and a helpful, friendly girl behind the bar. Recommended highly.”
