“We ended up at DoubleTree by Hilton Woking unexpectedly after our original booking at another hotel was cancelled. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team showed true professionalism and kindness. They understood our difficult situation and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their warm attitude and excellent service completely turned around what had started as a very stressful experience. Thanks to their care, our stay became enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for international visitors, because the staff here truly know how to treat guests with respect and hospitality.”

“Stayed last week & just wanted to send a message of thanks to Vanessa & Elena in the restaurant. Both a credit to Hilton. Vanessa’s knowledge on the menu was excellent, she recommended the curry which was delicious. Elena is lovely also & made me feel like nothing was too much, she made me a coffee & finally…somebody who knows how to heat milk properly without burning it! “Back sooner than I thought, once again on a motorcycle, a familiar face Liz was on reception and proceeded to greet me by name, extremely polite, helpful and friendly, I went straight to my clean and spacious room and then onto the health suite. Food was really nice again, my second night was equally as pleasant, there was a private party on and very busy, restaurant staff were very accommodating and made sure I was catered for. All in all another lovely experience with Holiday inn, I’m back again in January so no guesses where I will be staying.”

“Couldn't fault a thing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and clean with great facilities. It was quiet, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was included and it was top notch - without doubt the best buffet breakfast we have ever had in a UK hotel. Even the coffee was delicious! We would definitely stay there or at another Toby Carvery again and would highly recommend it.”

“A standard Premier Inn as you'd expect and looking like it has had a recent makeover. Our room was modern, clean with ample storage for our one night stay. Reception staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, even though the booking in process was a little slow, they were great. Water pressure is low, so washing shampoo out of a lot of hair, not a problem for me, but it was for my wife, takes a little while. Easy to drive to, just a few minutes off of the A13 and with several bus routes running past the hotel. I don't think we've stayed in a better Premier Inn.”

“I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Point A Hotel Kings Cross—and especially with Clara—deserves every bit of praise. Back in May 2025, I had to cancel my long-awaited trip to London due to a heartbreaking emergency: my cat was suddenly hospitalized. I cancelled the trip to stay by her side but my reservation was made via agoda under a non-refundable policy, Clara, with incredible compassion and dedication, went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness really meant a lot to us especially both emotionally and practically. Thankfully, my cat made a full recovery in September 2025, and we were finally able to visit London and stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure (a small detail, but it makes a big difference!). Breakfast was a delight each morning and it is free! Lovely pastries, croissants, and a selection of fruits and yogurts that made starting the day feel indulgent. Clara, thank you again for your warmth, your patience, and your passion for helping guests. Point A Hotel is lucky to have you—and so were we. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.”

“We arrived late after travelling in the pouring rain and staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here before and find it is a great base for our trips into central London. We will no doubt stay again. The breakfast bar is always full, fresh with great service if needed from the staff. Thank you.”

“Enjoyed my stay here with my friends. Staff are very nice and friendly. They stored our luggage and gave us early access to the room that we booked. Spa and gym were clean and quiet. Rooms are decent size. Very fresh smell also helpful staff.”

“We had a one nights stay here. Ernest made us feel really welcome on check-in and the following morning at breakfast. Our room was very clean. We had the Continental breakfast which was great value. Will stop here again when in Hampton Court”

“The cleanest travelodge I’ve ever seen. Rooms and service areas spotless, attentive staff, close connections to London Bridge, Heathrow and Gatwick. The only small issue I have was I prefer stronger water pressure in the shower and a way to turn on the bathroom extraction. 5/5 well done to staff.”

“This must be the cleanest Travelodge I've ever stayed in. The room was immaculate. All the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. A special mention to Martina for her warm and friendly welcome at Reception after my long journey: her patience and kindness were really appreciated.
