“It's basic but a nice wee place. The staff are always cheerful and happy to chat. The room was small but definitely worked for what I needed. They have a tea kettle in the room and a small fridge. Microwave and water cooler in the lobby. The area is lovely and has plenty of shops around and is within walking distance to other shops also.”

“Cheap & cheerful are the exact words to describe this place! It was by far the cheapest option for a hotel in central London which I needed for a 1 night stay, and it served its purpose! Do not expect this to be the fanciest hotel you’ve been to, because it isn’t it - but it definitely is value for money because I couldn’t find anything like it in a 3 mile radius! Absolutely perfect for my needs with a private bedroom and private bathroom - most hostels charge this kind of price for the luxury of an 18 bed dorm ha! Book this if you’re just looking to get your head down for the night - it is absolutely perfect for that purpose. Do not be put off by the reviews.”

It’s taken me two years to truly gather my thoughts—to sit, reflect, and put into words the experience that was, quite frankly, transcendent. To be or not to be? Paddington Flats answers that question with a flamboyant to be, every single time. From the moment we stepped in, it was as if time slowed down. The chaos of London melted away, and in its place stood serenity, comfort, and quiet confidence. This wasn’t just accommodation—it was a state of mind. To spend a night at Paddington Flats is like riding a rainbow on a summer’s day. Joyful, surreal, and a little bit magical. The beds? Like being wrapped in a hug from the universe. The atmosphere? Shakespearean. The energy? Immaculate. In short, Paddington Flats didn’t just host us. It held space for us to breathe, laugh, and be. And for that, I’m still grateful.”
