“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

“Calvin at Dreams Croydon was a very pleasant young man, when we went into the store on Friday to purchase a new bed and mattress. He offered us a drink and made us feel very welcoming. He dedicated lots of his time in making sure we tried the mattress and pillows. Very helpful and very polite. Will highly recommend Dreams.”

“We were so impressed of the staff, the reception lady checked us in early. The breakfast is amazing, overall the foods are so fresh and delicious. Adela was so kind to assist us about collecting our car from nearby mall where we parked. The hotel has a strategic location, it’s surrounded with good restaurants. “Rashmi, the Duty Manager, has consistently provided outstanding service every time I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn. This isn’t the first time she has attended to me, and each experience with her has been nothing short of excellent. The very first time I came here, the lift wasn’t working and I had very heavy luggage. I was stressed, but Rashmi handled the situation with so much patience, kindness, and calmness. She reassured me, made me feel completely at ease, and even arranged a room closer so that it wouldn’t be difficult or tiring for me. That thoughtful gesture has stayed with me. Since then, every time I’ve returned, Rashmi has always shown the same level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She remembers guests, she listens, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable. People like Rashmi are the reason guests return. She is an absolute credit to the hotel, and I’m truly grateful for all her help.”

“Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”

“I purchased a table from Haydon, which I am really happy with. It arrived in the estimated time frame and looked just like the pictures. It feels and looks like great quality and more special than what you see in the shops for a very reasonable price. It actually looks nicer than ones I viewed and almost bought in some upmarket furniture stores and also feels better built. It included a bench to fit under which was good value. Assembly of the legs was easy as the holes were already drilled and just needed screwing in. He did us a custom size as his standard ones weren't quite right for us, which was great. I have had it for 4months now and no issues at all. Would buy from here again.”

“Amazing shop, the vibe is on point. My son had a lip piercing today, and an hour later wanted another piercing on his lip. They gave really truthful advice and said to leave it a week and let the swelling go down. I feel other shops would of just booked him in regardless. So safety for the client was the priority, not taking peoples money just for the sake of it.”
