“Due to a set of unfortunate circumstances, I had a mouth full of rotten hooves for teeth. I was too embarrassed to leave my house. I must have called every dentist south of Watford but stopped when I got to GM Dental in Barnet. I called and spoke to Shiva who finally got me to stop crying...she's very soothing. And she'll hum you into a state of serenity. As for Sophie in reception, she is Wonder Woman, super efficient and helpful beyond words. Then there's Nika, without hesitation the best dentist I've ever had and I've had loads. So gentle and reassuring, she is unbelievably good at her job..the encouragement is unmatched. But most importantly these ladies are lovely humans who will take care of you when you're maybe not smiling as often as you should. If you unsure or feel insecure, go and see these ladies. They've really changed my life and I can't thank them enough.”

“What looks both from the outside and the inside like a standard greasy spoon cafe in fact serves the most fantastic food For breakfast and lunch with a very friendly owner, a dedicated team of staff and is spotlessly clean. My veggie option for £10 had two poached eggs on mashed avocado on sourdough, old style baked beans, a piece of hash brown, mushrooms, halloumi and a good size fresh salad. Unbelievably good. My friend had roast beef and Yorkshire pudding and described it as absolutely perfect With the meat being very tender.”

“I've finally managed to stop biting my nails after 40 years of trying and went here with some friends to get my nails done properly and painted. My fingers had a lot of bite damage around the edges when I went there, and my nails were not much better. However, I came out of there with nails looking brand new, shiny, and almost all of the damage has been cleared up. My nails look smashing, so smooth, and a deep shade of blue. Very impressed, highly recommend, definitely did a top job. Accidentally got gel nails, which will take some effort to get off, but it's been about 4 days and my nails still look as good as they did in the shop.”

We discussed my blood tests from last year in preparation for some blood tests this year and he added some additional tests for kidney and liver. He was also good enough to discuss my issues with ganglion cysts as well as some facial skin issues and has provided some creams for me to use. I was very pleased with the consultation. The treatment I received was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend Sean. His attention to detail and care of the patient is hard to beat and the new implants are great. I have also received treatment from Majid over the years for more regular dental work (fillings/crowns etc) and his work is at the same high standard. I'd recommend both dentists very highly.”

“My bulb in my car needed replacing. As Halfords was so close to my work I popped in during my lunch break. Everyone had obviously had the same idea. It was busy, however the staff were so helpful and professional and organised. Sam the colleague who dealt with me was lovely, helpful and reassuring. “Our little boy joined the baby room at The Hyde in February and he absolutely loves it there. He settled in super quickly and has wonderful fun filled days. The staff are lovely, warm and caring and you can see the bonds between the babies and them. The space is beautiful with lots of light, lovely toys and a really nice garden space where they often spend time. They do lots of activities to learn through play and build relationships with one another. He has really thrived since joining and we love how much he enjoys going and feel really lucky and grateful we found The Hyde.”

“Went in on 25.02.2025 to have a punctured tyre fixed. The gentleman informed me that a small puncture can be fixed without replacing the tyre and the two prices. Having looked at the tyre and its condition, he told me that's better to replace than fixed. I had a looked qt the tyre and agreed with him. I asked him to at my other tyre (both rear) and it was as bad as the other even though the threads looks good. It's the split along the groove and ruts that told me to have it changed. He did not pressure me to change at any one time. A frank honest man!”

“New Barnet Cabs.The 8 passenger people provider (Mercedes Vito) was truly spacious. We had lots of baggage along with hand baggage however this was all carried away thoroughly leaving all of us with a lot of leg space in the car. Our journey to Gatwick was smooth and an unwinded and a great start to our holiday. Bottles of water were available in the car for everyone. All in all an excellent experience, however. I would state an extremely trustworthy taxi service. Beautiful workers, and drivers. Would definitely recommend to anybody Thanking you again Century”
