Despite the crazy traffic and the heavy rain, the 2 cars arrived on time and were extremely patient and helpful in getting us into the cars and getting us to the venue on time. He immediately put me at ease and all the treatment I needed to have was fully explained, including a bone graft so I never felt nervous during any of the procedures. Dr Ali was so easy to talk to, friendly and very reassuring. Covid 19 delayed things for a few months but the wait was definitely worth it. My last visit was 2nd September to have the implants put in. When I saw the results I was so happy I cried. I can't praise Dr Ali enough for everything he has done for me.
